We came with our two kids and everyone enjoyed the visit. The lady doing the tour was very informative and engaging, allowing us to interact and have all of our questions answered. We now have a deeper understanding and appreciation for extra virgin olive oil. We bought our favorite oils for home and some olive beer that we're eager to try!

Absolutely wonderful and surpassed our expectations in every way! We were fascinated by the tour of the campo and then seeing the productions facilities. The tasting was incredible. The staff was friendly and informative and had excellent English to make for a great day. Muchas gracias!

Lovely experience in an old olive oil mill. There aren’t trees you can visit as it’s just a processing place though, but we enjoyed it all the same. Includes an olive oil tasting. Host was lovely. Has a cute shop with oils to buy!

We spontaneously visited this Oil Production Facility and it turned out to be an amazing and unique experience!
There are different guided tours in Spanish, French and English. The guided tour we took was just with the both of us and we learned a lot about the history, production and also the quality of olive oil. It was awesome seeing the old and new machines and realizing what a difference in quality and quantity this technological advances have made! We will never ever again leave our Olive Oil standing in the open sun or judge the Oil by its color. ;)
Moreover, you shouldn't leave this place without taking some of the unique and delicious products sold in the small shop with you. :)

My husband and I love olive oil and have always been curious about the process. We wanted to do a tour that was not part of a bus tour but something more intimate. Manuel and his brother own the plant and he led us on a tour of the olive trees, showing us how, when and why they harvest them and then back to the plant to show us the transformation from olive to oil. We had a tasting at the end which was illuminating. My only regret is that I didn't buy more olive oil at their well-stocked store. Luckily the olive oil is also available on line!

We stopped by without reservation in an attempt to get a tour and tasting of olive oil. Unfortunately the official full guided tours where full when we arrived. However we still got a short tour and explanation of the factory. Good experience and very interesting. But I definitely recommend to book in advance and also go for tasting if possible.

Had a great time and has the added bonus of watching the machines in action at sundown (from the olive being unloaded and funneled into a hopper, separated from the branches, washed, etc)

Luis has inherited this business from his father and has won many international awards for his extra virgin olive oil. He was a hospitable guide, fluent in english, and shared insight into the art of olive oil tasting and how olive oils are critiqued and the care it takes to ensure his product is top quality.

Excellente visite avec José, l un des propriétaires, qui a un grand humour ! Visite passionnante, on apprend énormément sur l huile d olive et sa fabrication , à faire la différence entre les différentes qualités , on déguste d excellentes saveurs et on passe un grand moment ! Incontournable si on passe dans la région de Jaén .

Contratamos a través de su página web una visita guiada por la almazara y fue todo un éxito. Nuestro guía era uno de los dueños de la almazara; nos explicó como se conseguía el aceite hace unos años y como se elabora actualmente. Después de la visita por la fábrica hay incluida una pequeña cata de aceites, donde nuestro anfitrión nos explicó en que fijarnos para saber si estamos comprando un buen aceite. La verdad es que todo estuvo de diez, además, la almazara se encuentra a unos minutos de Baeza por lo que si estas por la zona no dejes de visitarlos.

Tuvimos una experiencia oleícola maravillosa. El señor José nos atendió muy amablemente explicándonos en detalle todo lo relacionado con el cultivo de los olivos, la cosecha de las aceitunas, y la posterior prensa y elaboración del aceite de oliva. La visita cumplió gratamente las expectativas terminando con una detallada explicación y cata de diferentes aceites de oliva de distintas variedades. Finalizada la visita, el señor José se ofreció para acercarnos de Begíjar a Baeza en su coche, ya que habíamos tenido un inconveniente para nuestro regreso al hotel en Jaén capital, lo que muestra lo acogedores y serviciales que son en esta zona de la región.

Hace unos días estuvimos en esta estupenda almazara familiar ,nos explicaron todo el procedimiento de la elaboración del AOVE
después hicimos la cata ,para diferenciar los aceites.
Son muy buenos lo mismo los premium , que pude probar los de cosecha temprana 2024.
Y el aceite cortijos de Andalucía que es para uso diario lo recomiendo .
Resumiendo AOVE muy recomendables.

Una visita obligada para entender el aceite y todo su proceso de elaboración. Excelentes explicaciones y muy recomendable para adultos y niños. Se puede comprar aceite también en la tienda de la almazara.

No lo dudes! Haz la visita con cata y con niños, es necesario! Ellos tienen que aprender de José y su sabiduría. Vaya forma de transmitir su conocimiento con estudiando y pasión.

Mooi om eens het proces te zien hoe de olijven verwerkt worden tot olijfolie. De oude persen en de nieuwste technieken worden uitgelegd. Ook de proeverij van drie soorten olijfolie viel in de smaak.

Hemos visitado la fábrica de aceite y estamos encantados.

El guía, José, nos ha explicado todo el proceso de manera divertida y amena. Interactúa muy bien con el personal.

Tras la explicación hemos hecho la cata de aceite, muy detallada y sorprendente. A medida que vas escuchando las explicaciones, te enseñan como sacar los matices del sabor.

Por último y no menos importante, es menester probar la cerveza con un toque a aceituna, tiene un sabor especial que a los amantes de la bebida sabrán apreciar.

Estamos encantados con la visita, 100% recomendable
