Restaurant Rosamar

What a magical place! This is a find for anyone traveling in the area. It is also a great stop on a very windy road. The neighboring beaches can be crowded and frenetic, but this area is tranquil and the restaurant is exceptional. Service is friendly and very accommodating. We did not have a reservation and they found a table for us even though they seemed quite full on a Saturday. The views of the sea are wonderful and access to two beaches is easy. It was also nice to find a town with easy (and free) parking. The arroces were delicious and I gave the monkfish, which was truly delicate and delicious. I felt lucky to find this restaurant and I’d love to return. Dogs are allowed and there is a playground next to the restaurant for families with smaller children.

We had a truly wonderful lunch here today. We started with a steak tartare with mustard ice cream which was delicious followed by a paella with locally caught prawns ending with a tarte tatin all washed down with cool white wine while enjoying views out to see. We had a toddler with us and the waiters were so nice in getting us a high chair and some ice to play with. Thank you so much to all the team for looking after us so well, we had a lovely day here.

Stopped here for a quick break and didn’t want to leave! I think the kitchen wasn’t open properly yet but they knocked me up a very tasty omelette bocadillo and I had a couple of nice double espressi. Very nice and friendly service. Fantastic location, shaded by trees, looking out over the bay. Nicely kept garden/grounds.

It was so delicious, order the palapa shrimp à la plancha, polpo and the Catalan cheese board!

Simply Stunning! The setting is amazing, the food is tasty and not too expensive considering the whole experience. The beach next door is just beautiful. They will charge you 10 Euro to come into the area but give it off your bill at the restaurant which is great! Love it! We had clams and paella which was awesome. Also the black rice which is typical of the area, very good!

The most beautiful place to eat on Costa Brava. You can eat enjoying sea-views with rocks.

We're regulars here. We bring all our friends visiting us from grey northern countries and the food, service and setting never fail to charm.

Fantastic food and ambiance. Lots of locals eating here, you can tell this is proper food not a tourist trap. We cleaned up all our plates (including the kids!)
