After getting a quote on a new washing machine by email, my wife and i went to the Vera shop where we found the machine in stock, the staff were very helpful and efficient, we arranged delivery for the next day. The following day, 20 hours later, the machine was delivered and installed and the old One taken away, great service, reasonable price, Well done! 🙂

Mon mari et moi avons découvert le magasin de Miguel un peu au hasard. Et franchement, nous nous disons que la vie nous a mis sur son chemin tellement que c’est un homme exceptionnel et d’une confiance absolue !

Nous y sommes allés pour un frigo au départ. Déjà, nous avons été enchantés dès l’entrée dans le magasin.

Au final, avec le temps, nous avons carrément prit la climatisation et le chauffe eau chez lui tellement il est sérieux, professionnel, ponctuel, attentionné…

Il nous a fournit un service vraiment parfait. Tous les travailleurs qu’ils nous a envoyé ont été d’une efficacité redoutable. Ils ont résolus tous les obstacles en un temps record et avec une performance impressionnante. En plus ils étaient tous vraiment sympathique et à l’écoute.

Il est clairement notre coup de coeur.

Nuestra nueva combinación de refrigerador no se enfrió ni se congeló. Informados por la mañana y por la tarde, inmediatamente trajeron uno nuevo. Esto funciona muy bien. El personal muy muy amable. Muchas disculpas. Realmente vale 5 estrellas!

Onze nieuwe koelkastcombinatie koelde en vroor niet. s´morgens gemeld en s´middags kwamen ze gelijk een nieuwe brengen. Deze werkt top. Het personeel heel erg vriendelijk. Vele verontschuldigingen .echt 5 sterren waard!!!!

Wir haben dort schon oft eingekauft, wurden immer sehr gut beraten, absolut zu empfehlen, Preis und Leistung stimmen hier.

La mejor tienda de la zona...te atienden y te lo explican todo muy bien...fácil acceso por el lateral vía de servicio desde Vera a Garrucha... aahh!! Y hay parking 🚙
Ayer nos instalaron un termo eléctrico dentro de un mueble donde había otro y a pesar de que estaba un poco complicado el acceso porque el hueco tiene una buena viga dentro, quedó perfecto...el señor instalador un crack 🤗 ...rapidez...amabilidad...explicación del manejo... cuidadoso para no manchar absolutamente nada... todo lo hizo en un santiamén.
Varios días antes habíamos estado en Comercial Vera para que nos dieran presupuesto y aún estamos esperando el resultado 🤔 y en esta tienda en dos días ya está instalado 💃
Y hace dos años también nos cambiaron el aire acondicionado y la misma eficacia...y además nos regalaron una cafetera eléctrica por esta compra,una que yo había elegido y la había puesto en el mostrado para pagar 🤭 Cuando necesite algo no pienso dar vueltas por otras tiendas para perder el tiempo pues aquí tienen de todo y además de muy buena calidad...todos los cacharros para la cocina...TV y todo tipo de electrodomésticos y hasta bonitas chuminadas de adorno...🤗🤗
