He pasado esta mañana por esta nueva pescadería, en un sitio emblemático, en pleno puerto de Santurtzi. Una delicia.

El pescado y el marisco del mostrador tenían una pinta espléndida. Me he llevado unos salmonetes que parecían recién cogidos, relucientes y carnosos. Y un bote de antxoas en salazón, de elaboración artesanal y sabor escandalosamente bueno. ¡Que bien hemos comido hoy!

Además, tienen barco propio, el Demar, que hace las campañas del verdel, la antxoa y el bonito. Y las chicas que atienden son un amor. Me han tratado fenomenal, como si fuese cliente de toda la vida o un buen amigo.

Si puedes, no pierdas ocasión de visitarla.
