Very quiet and small complex

Not the apartment booked. Changed without our knowledge at the last moment. Apparently the owner had numerous apartments, always advertised the best one then distributed people to other apartments. Low quality furniture, no Wi-Fi, no kettle, no toaster. Not enough cups for four people.
