This was my first service of my leased car. The reception staff were very friendly and very professional. I had a problem with my CarPlay and they spent a lot of Train time trying to fix it and even vacuumed out the port on my iPhone.

Great attention to detail friendly service and they finished when they said they would.

My husband and I visited here recently unsure of what we wanted. We were very lucky to have been tended to by Sergio. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of the cars they have available and was able to put himself in our situation and help us find exactly what we were looking for and what vehicle suited our needs best. He informed us about finance options and explained it all in great detail which inspired so much confidence from us that we bought a vehicle there! The service is always personal and courtuous, there are only two at the desk and it does get busy, but they are treating all customers well and take their time to explain things. The staff in the workshop are also always friendly, job well done.

Excellent service from start to finish. Had a sensor fault on my Master 2 motorhome. Got an appt the following morning. All sorted with 1 hr. For princely sum of €44. Reception manager Robert was multilingual, so no issues there. Covid precautions religiously followed with all contact surfaces in the vehicle covered with plastic and removed by Robert on completion. Almost tempts me to buy a Renault car.

Everything went really easy, from booking in, talking through what needed done, and arranging collection.

Staff were very helpful and kept us informed about the situation and called us when the car was ready, Excellent 👍

Since 2009 we have always used Ginestar Denia to purchase and maintain our various Renault Megane's. Despite receiving various attractive offers from other dealerships for the likes of Ford, VW and Nissan it has been the excellent individual service we have received from both the sales and maintenance reception personnel that has kept us in the Renault fold. That said the unseen service mechanics have always ensured our cars have been properly serviced and feeling like new after each of the said visits.

I am very happy with the new car, Jose has been extremely helpful explaining the functions and it has been a pleasure to buy from Renault Denia.

Friendly and welcoming, good communication, good deal, clean and tidy showroom, staff helpful but not pushy as some can be.
