This center has a very pleasant human size fitness center for weight training: the crowd is of mixed ages and levels of fitness, not intimidating and there is no need to wait to use the equipment. The 2 large swimming pools are amazing. The water temperature is perfect, one pool being slightly warmer than the other so you can pick which is best for you. We often had the lanes to ourselves for freestyle and the smaller pool to ourselves if we came at 6pm. The spa and saunas are brilliant for relaxation. We ended up coming 5 days a week alternating swimming/sauna and gymming which increased massively our fitness. Staff at the entrance for registration and information plus at the gym are very friendly and helpful, and a special shoutout too for the super energetic and efficient cleaning lady!

Excellent. Clean, well organised, mainly adult male and female clients in the gym, never overcrowded, well equipped, hygienic, large swimming pool, hot water showers. Sauna and steam room when Covid rules allow. Jacuzzi and aromatherapy showers. All included.

very cool, they accepted into the volleyball section perfectly, very cool coaches, athletes and the hall is also very good! made a pleasant surprise!!!

Quiero agradecer a Alicia el extraordinario ejercicio que realizamos en pilates con máquinas, pues en muy poco tiempo noto una mejoría muy grande.Muchas gracias Alicia y seguiremos trabajando.

Recomiendo las clases de pilates con Alicia. Una monitora familiar, excelentemente formada y gran profesional, sin olvidar su trato humano . Siempre pendiente del grupo, e incluso de manera individual. Sin menospreciar al resto de monitoras para mí sin duda es la mejor

Estoy encantada con la monitora de pilates Alicia, gracias a ella he recuperado mucho mi problema de espalda. Es una profesional, y estamos todas contentísimas con ella

Wir haben lange nach einem passenden Sportstudio für uns gesucht, hier wurden wir fündig! Wenn man das etwas komplizierte Preis-System verstanden hat, geht der Rest ganz einfach.

Das Studio hat gute Geräte in ausreichender Menge, ein großes Trainings-Becken für Schwimmer und großzügige Umkleiden mit abschließbarem Schrank für jeden kostenlos. Sehr sauber und warm, wir fühlen uns wohl dort!

Clases para bebés de natación buen precio y lo mejor el buen trato

Los niveles de cloro en la piscina pueden ser altos, después de ingerir una pequeña bocanada de agua mientras nadaba, tuve una reacción al cloro y me empezó a doler la cabeza muchísimo, todo esto en apenas segundos. Mi temperatura corporal subió como si de fiebre se tratase y me puse blanco, Quizá pueda ser que yo no tolero muy bien el cloro , pero jamás me había pasado. Por todo lo demás muy contento 😊.

La verdad que tienen un gimnasio fantástico! Aunque no soy muy de gimnasio y no lo utilizo habitualmente,.

Pero mi hijo va a los campus de verano y viene encantado!! 😜
