Super friendly and competent staff, great food, fair prices and super nice atmosphere! A tipical Spanish place with great charm, loved by the locals.
You'll get some tapas for free with your drink like in the old times. Totally recommend!

A local merchant recommended this place that's known mostly by nearby residents. We were very pleased with our meal.

We love the food here. Service is 100%. The also provided two tapas in house. We ordered grilled flat mushroom, grilled cuttlefish, carcamusa ( pork poin meat with tomato sauce ), all of them were delicious! Outdoor seating under the sunshine and wind is nice. Recommend a visit!

The food and service was OUT OF THIS WORLD. We were a group of 9 and the owners were so accommodating. They recommended some fantastic local dishes. Every single dish hit the spot and the venison in particular was superb. Their desserts were fantastic too - we had one of each and they were all magical. Absolutely nothing we could complain about - a must visit when you're in Toledo!

This’s a wonderful place to have a chilling late lunch, especially when you sitting outside.

I ordered fried pig ears, fried mushrooms, squid and a sangria. All of them are fair price and tasty, except for pig ears, it’s a bit heavy when you only have two people to share whole plate 😂

Muchas gracias, Raul! My family and I had an exceptional experience at Taberna Embrujo during our Christmas visit to Toledo. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming Raul, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable.

Although it was past lunch hours, Raul graciously allowed us to use the restroom and enjoy a glass of Spanish Rioja. To our delight, he surprised us with a beautifully crafted assortment of tapas that paired perfectly with the wine. The attention to detail and the variety of flavors showcased the culinary expertise of Taberna Embrujo.

Raul's hospitality was truly remarkable. He not only accommodated our request for an additional glass of wine but continued to surprise us with more delightful tapas. His genuine passion for providing a memorable dining experience was evident throughout our visit.

The ambiance of Taberna Embrujo is cozy and authentic, capturing the essence of independent restaurants in this charming region of Spain. We felt right at home, and our young son was equally enthralled by the friendly atmosphere.

Excellent value, off the tourist trail. Superb black pudding (though served more like haggis). Delicious salmon salad. Even had Albariño by the glass.

Buzzing place, wonderful friendly waiters. Home cooking at its best... all that was missing was a open fire! We had the wild mushrooms, gratis tapas and we also had the venison with sauce that was so delicious ...we finished it in about 5 minutes!...All washed down with a few glasses of local red wine Finca Antigua ❤

Nice food, nice staff. And people seem to wait in line until they can get a table. The tapas was nice too. The viel in a sauce (it was more like what some may call a stew) was truly delicious. The squid, soft, tender, perfect.

This local favorite has incredible tapas. The venison was very impressive and cooked perfectly. The duck breast with raspberry sauce was delicious. The wine recommendations were excellent. Their homemade desserts are the perfect way to finish a meal. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Toledo. Service was very friendly and the overall experience was very enjoyable.

Great seafood! The calamares and the tuna pinchos were beyond delicious! Great local wine and callos! The callos for me was probably the best I've had. Great outdoor seating and friendly staff.

great restaurant, on a quiet street with tables overlooking beautiful old buildings. It is just outside the centre of Toledo, and all the better for it.
The food was great, we ate Toledo/La Mancha classics, with the sweetbread particularly standout. The wine and service also really good, the waiter was super nice in giving us different wines to try and explaining what they were.

Really, really lovely staff. So attentive, kind, welcoming, warm. It’s unusual especially in a tourist town like Toledo. The food was also excellent. We asked for too many Tapas and the waiter was honest enough to say we were ordering too much food, and we should save our money! He did indeed recommend we do half portions instead, and charged us accordingly . A very good service.

I’ve come here twice and I can say is this is one of my favorite places on earth. My fav dish is the deer with sauce (venado en salsa). Staff is also very friendly. It seems this place has become popular so you might need to wait to be seated, but trust me it's worth it. Everything is perfect. ❤
