Barceló Imagine

Loved our stay in this hotel. Location was convenient and close to the Chamartín train station, walking distance and a relatively short taxi away from the MAD airport. The music theme of the hotel is such a beautiful vibe, and the rooms are nice and updated! We loved the way the bathroom was set up with both tub and shower and how spacious it was. The bed was super comfortable! The breakfast was €20-€25 per person and it was a great value for what was offered including freshly squeezed orange juice. The price is well worth the value of this stay. Will definitely be back.

Great experience!! Amazing charming design hotel, new and clean, with large and comfortable rooms. The theme of the hotel is music, rock / flamenco / pop… and is expressed through music instruments as piano or guitars here and there, songs quotes written by neon lights on the walls, popular singers’ portraits everywhere, also in the rooms. My bed was big and very comfortable, as it was the shower. At the lower ground, breakfast was nice and generous, the buffet is in a separate room next to the tables.
The hotel is next to the train station, so it would be a convenient location in case of an early train. Highly recommended!

Room was stunning and the breakfast had great selection. We struggled knowing which way to get to the hotel from the station.

We didn’t use this service, but I think you can order certain musical instruments to the room which is really cool.

The room was really spacious and well presented. We even got a bottle of fizz and some chocolate coated strawberries after mentioning it was our honeymoon. Really chuffed and a lovely stay

This is a lovely modern hotel, on the airport side of the city.

Antonio, the guest experience manager, was very helpful to improve our overall experience.

All staff were friendly and helpful, in particular the bar staff where we enjoyed an Iberian meat & cheese platter over some glasses of wine.

The room was a very luxurious experience. It was quiet and with the most comfortable huge bed & pillows.

The rainfall shower has great pressure, the bathroom is finished to a high standard.

Your own bluetooth music can be played everywhere in the room including the bathroom area.

The hotel is located a short walk from the metro which was a great way to get into and around the city.

I am thrilled that I found this hotel. The hotel is a 15 minute taxi ride to all of the museums. And it is walking distance to a major train station. The property is beautifully designed with a music theme.
The staff were all so nice and welcoming. They sent muffins to our room the first night we arrived! They went out of their way to help us.
We ordered room service and ate the breakfast buffet. Both were excellent quality and presentation.
After this experience, I would definitely consider a Barcelo hotel first in my future travels.

I have not been a user of the rooms, but I frequently stop by the excellent bar at the ground level, as I often come to Madrid to meet friends and business partners, and the location is perfect for me. In general terms, food and drinks are ok, and reasonably priced. What I like the most is the general atmosphere, the decor and the music are superb.

Great comfortable hotel with a modern vibe and very friendly and kind staff. The hotel is clean, the rooms are very spacious and they have a really delicious breakfast. One small thing I was missing was good coffee for a breakfast - most of the modern hotels already upgraded this "feature". In any case, it will probably be one of my favourite hotel chains based on recent experience.

Amazing hotel. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The check-in process took only a couple of minutes.

The room was super comfortable, clean, quiet, and the wifi connection was good and stable.

I'll definitely return if I ever need to stay in Madrid :)

From the outside the hotel doesn’t look like much, but inside is a different story. Very sleek and modern hotel with cool music vibes. Great modern rooms as well. Nice staff. A bit outside of the main tourist areas but a short subway or taxi ride into town. About 15 minutes from the airport. Highly recommend.

It was an event, and the environment was extremely nice, with all the environment designed in a music-related and pop-art style, with neon lights, wonderful piano at the lobby, and piano feet neon-light keyboard on the floor.
The catering was delicious.
The event room - so flexible reducing the size in two just few minutes before the start, depending on the attendees.
Very enjoyable place, and advisable for organisation of cool, modern events!!!

Great location. Short walk to the metro and other trains for day trips to other towns. Pro tip, reserve your Toledo etc tickets in advance (at least a day!). The seats sell out quickly.

The suite was fabulous. The terrace spacious and well furnished.
Guest experience sent flowers and chocolate to my room the day of check in.

Overall good experience. Impeccably clean , nice smelling rooms and lobby. Excellent quality bed, pillows and room kits. Quite and well located, with a character and wonderful ambiance. Professional and nice service. Nice level of the breakfast and the restaurant food. The only thing that has some room to improve is the service at the restaurant, it was slow and inefficient ( we were basically forgotten at some point by the waiter). Other than that, highly recommended

Very nice property in the centre of madrid. Rooms are amazing. Best part is the retro record player that they give in your room to enjoy music, also there’s bluetooth speakers in bathroom also. Very nice and musical hotel.
On the ground floor there are many instruments like piano, drums etc.

It’s a very different exeperience.

Although all is good the night staff was very rude (Mr Samuel), I had a tough time checking in with his attitude.

Had given a bad review initially to the property, but the morning front desk executives and customer relations were very prompt to address the situation and resolve it.

Would highly recommend the stay. Just avoid night managers also would request the property to kindly amend your reply to my comment as well. As I would not want to discuss the same issue again.

I didn't get a room here as they were full, but I've never had a better service experience. This place is it. Good vibes. Thanks guys!

Lovely, VERY close and walkable to the train station. Took great care of us with some personalized touches even though we were only there for a night. Would definitely come back! Rooms were large and comfortable.
