Great Value Hotel. Rooms clean and modern, very well equipped. Staff were very helpful. No secure parking.

Pleasant business trip stay with outstanding breakfast. Very nice lady with limited English but an awesome homemade apple pie! Nice, clean rooms with great beach and sea views. Outside facade could be improved or repainted at least. First impressions matter. Overall, a great experience for the money.

We had an awesome time at the Petit Palace Tamarises for two days! Right from the moment we stepped through the door, we felt so welcome and cozy.

Lucia, the super friendly host at the reception, filled us in on everything we needed to know about the hotel and the cool activities nearby. 👌🏽

Also the hotel has a perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants, parks where dogs can run freely and a beach for dogs (the staff of the hotel told us about this).

Then, when we got to our room, our furry friend was in for a treat too! They left a cute message, treats, a comfy bed, and fresh water for our adorable dog. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that made us all super happy. 🐶🐾

A big shoutout to Lucia and the entire team at Tamarises hotel. We totally recommend it 100% and can't wait to come back real soon!

The Hotel has a perfect location in front of the beach, surrounded by excellent restaurants and bars, for services we had to go by car (example laundry), but everything is very close. The accommodation is ok in relate to the size and with a WONDERFUL bathroom, all new, free toiletries and plenty of soap/shampoo/body creams. Excellent coffee area overlooking the beach. The wonderful breakfast buffet with all fresh and delicious items, fresh fruits and breads also. I highly recommend adding breakfast to the rate (wide range of healthy and unhealthy items (as the customer prefers) and all fresh. Remember to book through the website, because unfortunately we booked at reception and had a more expensive rate than if it were the reservation through the website. I highly recommend this hotel and for sure if I return to Getxo I will stay at this hotel.

A comfortable room and friendly staff. The location is also perfect, right at the beach. The room was air conditioned and had a mini bar too. Wifi was available throughout and was fast. Pricing was also good, especially compared to some of the alternative hotels and even AirBnB. Breakfast was available at the hotel however I didn’t try this (simply due to other plans whilst there).

The only drawbacks were - walls seemed quite thin, so, everything from neighbouring rooms was audible. The television had only Spanish channels (unfortunately I can’t speak Spanish) and had no HDMI port to play footage from a laptop.

Overall the friendly staff and comfortable room are ideal, I’d very happily stay again.

Well remodeled beachside hotel. Our room had the feel of a modern European city hotel, including spacious bathroom. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Paid extra to include breakfast with room which was well worth $$.

Very nice restaurant overlooking the Port and beach. We shared a starter of octopus which was awesome. My venison was cooked to perfection. My husband chose steak tartar which was good.

Excellent staff, Clean, Beautiful view and the most important Pet Friendly. For sure we will come back if we will have trip near them. Many thanks to Angela from reception,who guide us and she was very happy to receive us. The room was clean and confortable and the balcony with the sea view was magnificent. We were very happy during our stay.

Breakfast worth the price. As for the smoothies they advertise, you simply need to ask the staff to make you one based off the fruits that are out. They’ll make one in the kitchen for you I was told, though didn’t figure this out until after.

Beautiful hotel. We had a bedroom on the sea front was lovely. Clean all through & a great little complimentary selection in the bathroom. Staff lovely & friendly. Only problem is the actual sign on the front is only small & easy to miss as the larger sign is the previous owners sign

Small but cute. Across the street from the beach. Cheaper than any AirBNB in the area which makes it a great value considering the location. Street parking can be difficult during peak beach hours.

We stayed 3nights and the room was spacious had a balcony with the sea view. The staff was very kind and it has good metro connectivity.The location is great and has good connectivity via public transport to Bilbao

The staff were so helpful especially Bibianna, views amazing, easy access to beach , breakfast delicious, definitely return to stay again!!

Very cosy hotel, perfect location on the beach, kind service (esp. Ekaitz at Reception). Minutes away from the Old Port and its pinchos. Will come back.

Great customer service, lovely room, location fantastic. As with all hotels of this type I really wish there was a simpler breakfast option. Would usually go to a nearby bar, but the closest didn't open until later. I resent having to pay so much for a coffee, a juice and a slice of toast.

Staff were so helpful

The room was excellent and modern with a sea view. We had our dog with us and there were bowls,food and a bed for her.

We had room service and the food was excellent.

Will be returning again .

Great location next to the beach and pleasant restaurant services of which we were lucky enough to experience. More beaches, cliffs and other landmarks are in walking distance. So is the lively street with plenty of small bars where locals gather in the evening to sample local food and wine. Looking forward to the next visit.

Nice rooms and very friendly hotel stuff, both at the reception and at the breakfast bar. During breakfast you can watch the beach and the bay.
Overall I am very satisfied with my stay.

This was a good choice. Room was large and clean. Beautiful view of the sea with a good balcony. Reception was helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. Very enjoyable stay.
