Asisto siempre que puedo a pesar de vivir a media hora. He probado diferentes tipos de yoga con Miguel y en cada sesión no sólo estiro hasta el último músculo de mi cuerpo si no que también salgo más relajada y con una nueva idea a reflexionar. Toda una experiencia.

Miguel da las clases de yoga genial. Si puedo no me las pierdo nunca. Q gran descubrimiento!!! Lo he descubierto hace un año. Animo a todo el mundo a q conozca Yoganorte con Miguel. Saldrá encantado

Difícil el despertar. Muy duro, no recomiendo.
El profesor tiene que conocer bien la técnica. Si además vivencia la propuesta llegará a ser maestro y guía.
Miguel vive el yoga.

Un sitio genial. Oasis de bienestar. Miguel un profesor excelente y una clase muy seria y de nivel, y a pesar de estar mucha gente se siente mucha paz. Espero poder seguir yendo por mucho tiempo.

El sitio es genial y el profesor da clases de mucho nivel, incluso las de principiantes :) muy recomendable también las de Pranayama. Muchísimas gracias Miguel por invitar a yoguis como Andrei y por los eventos que organizas, un lujazo tener esta oportunidad por la zona
