La Pizarra

We really enjoyed La Pizarra. The tapas were really good and the drinks just as wonderful. Great little place just away from all the busy streets.

We sat on the terrace and enjoyed a wonderful lunch. Our server, Amit, was amazing; so friendly and efficient. The restaurant is on a quiet corner near the Ruzafa Mercado.
We ordered Falafel, Timbal de Aguacate ( with bread on the side) and Bravas along with Agua de Valencia. Everything was delicious. The “water of Valencia “ is an orange juice cocktail, so good! I wish I could have the aguacate everyday, it’s so tasty.
This is a perfect spot to sit, relax and people watch AND have a delicious meal.

Fantastic place that we visited twice for dinner.

My friend and I stopped in at La Pizarra after flying into Valencia late and we’re so glad we did. We both got a Negroni and then shared the zucchini spirals and pork. The zucchini spirals were so good that we ended up getting another order of them. Everyone who worked at La Pizarra was very kind and also patient with us as we used our subpar Spanish. I could definitely see myself coming back here and trying more tapas on the menu.

Lovely place in Ruzafa. Amazing menu with great flavored dishes and drinks. You can sit outside with the heaters so don’t worry about the cold. Anna if you read this, gracias!

Great freshly made tapas. The baby squid is fantastic! We were five and the waiter served us with patience and attention.

We had really good tapas here and an amazing agua de Valencia. Combined with the chill atmosphere outside it was a lovely experience. The staff is also super nice. Thank you! We’ll be back :)

Great food and nice place to sit for a bite to eat. Service was great. Try the zucchini spirals (espirales de calabacín). And the patatas bravas are delicious too; so is the octopus.

Best falafel I had in Spain and fantastic sangria! The staff is super friendly and attentive. Plus, they fed us when everyone else was closed ;-)

I think the patatas bravas had store bought sauce...that is the only bad thing I have to say. But guys, the croquetas were amazing, 3 types, 2 of each.. I will dream about them months from now

One of best restaurant in Valencia, the food and services 100% I had been there many times and always everything perfect...

This place was fantastic! The street is very pretty. We ate outside after dark and the umbrella had a little light. The tapas were excellent! My favorites were the falafel, zucchini, bread with cheese and caramelized onions, and grilled vegetables. The only one I was disappointed in was the pork loin. It didn't taste bad; it just wasn't what I was expecting. I can best describe it as cheap deli ham from a package on top of soggy hashbrowns. The servers were attentive and helpful. This was our first night in Europe and we were a little confused about things; they were very kind to help us find an ATM and everything. The cost was low. We had soda and wine, plus about 7 tapas and it was only 54 Euro. We would have spent a lot more than that for a nice meal in the States.

Tasty tapas in an unpretentious, comfortable corner of Rufassa. Our server was from the Ukraine and super helpful and friendly!

A lovely local corner for tapas and drinks. The Agua de Valencia - essentially a gloriously alcoholic Orangina - is generously sized and generously laced. We had the patatas bravas which we very good. Proper potato chunks with the skins still on. Also had the baby squid plate, beautifully fresh and buttery soft. Definitely worth seeking out if you are in the area. They speak pretty good English.

We had diner here and it was amazing! The service was really good, the food was great and the spot was also perfect!! I would highly recommend this restaurant
