PassionBike Valencia - Bike Tours & Rental

After years of using their bicycles, I can´t think of any better bike rental in Valencia. Price, quality, service and staff are awesome! Competition in Valencia is very high. PassionBIke does a great job and improves their work when needed, take complaints seriously, repair bikes, clean them, replace them and offer the best service on the road and in the shop. In high season every one rents bicycles. It got very busy in town.

PassionBike is doing a great job and works in order to improve. These days people prefer complaining online behind a screen. Those with great experiences often forget to write a review.

As PassionBike is only doing better, I wish for them to grow, expand and keep doing a good job. Working with different clients, people, expectations and moods, is a challenge. I find it incredible, the way they run this bike rental. They have my respect and I wish for them to receive genuine reviews like mine.

If you have issues with any service at any company in general, try explaining things in a respectful matter. Especially in Spain. You will be attended in a much nicer way. And try understanding in order to reach a compromise. Valencia is a very touristy city. The people living here are only getting used to it recently. They are trying to adjust to the massive influx of tourists.

As a guide I will keep on using their bicycles as they are the lightest, most comfortable and well maintained bicycles you can find in Valencia.

This place is the best. The owner is really nice, and because we came close to closing, gave us a discount on the 4 hour rental as it would've been 2.5 hours. You also get to sign the walls of the shop after the ride and it's really fun to add to all the scribbles literally everywhere. Prices are also super reasonable.

We had the misfortune to have someone run right into the back of my husband bike. He was fine but the derailer broke and the bike rendered useless. We called them (Passion bike) and reported what had happened and they said to secure the bike and that we d deal with it in the morning. I dreaded what would come out of it. When I showed up in the morning, they were totally chill about it and offered another bike to my husband so that we could go on about our plans. It could have been an nightmare of a situation and canceling our chances of visiting Valencia but the way they handled it made such a difference. A big thank you to the staff and owner!

Me and my wife were glad doing this bike tour. We had the best time with our guide Andrea, and he could tell is all those interesting facts about the city. He also had some great tips ,where to eat the best paella, or where to drink fantastic coffee, and we ende at the beach. He also showed us how to move throughout Valencia traffic with a bike, and that helped us riding with confidance. Best way to see Valencia is riding a bike..😊

The gentleman at the rental office was extremely friendly and even gave us some tips on nice restaurants around :).
The prices are reasonable and bikes are in good condition.

I spent family holiday in Valencia quite a few years ago. I have recollected this place. Very nice service and helpful staff willing to give directions to visit the city.

Friendly staff, everything without complications. We had our bikes within 2 minutes and it's also quite cheap.
