I just had SEUR/Amazon delivered there for pick up and got serviced by a lady with very average customer service skills. I indicated to her that my last name was misspelled in her pick-up records, and she kept repeating that it was not her fault. No attempt from her at resolving the situation but she eventually realized on her own that it was her mistake.
