Camping San Pelayo

Great value campsite and restaurant. We'll situated to explore the local area (Potes, Fuente De, via ferratas, walking, cycling, etc). Pitches have shade and are generally pretty flat. Swimming pool has awesome views and facilities kept spotlessly clean. Modern large capacity laundry machines. All in all, highly recommended,

Came here for 2 nights in our campervan as the reviews were great - and weren’t disappointed!
Lovely reception and service from the staff - excellent english even in the restaurant. We were able to pick our spot. The plots were okay in size and a bit muddy, but generally flat.
There is a lovely large swimming pool and terrace. The restaurant is wonderful, service excellent food from 8pm at excellent prices and options. The washing facilities and toilets were very clean and lovely. Excellent WiFi available throughout site.
It was a it noisy on Saturday night with partying campers after midnight and a few dogs barking in the day. Otherwise great.
At low season the deal was €23 per night including electricity for 2 of us. Fully recommend.

What a lovely site. Beautiful scenery (best pool view ever?), super helpful and friendly staff, baguettes baked to order, nice restaurant, powerful showers, reasonably sized pitches, nice pool (not too freezing) and the weather was perfect too 😃

Can recommend a walk from the site to the pretty village of Mogrovejo and a day trip to Fuente Dé to ride the cable car and have a walk on the mountain tops. Beautiful.

Be warned, the drive in from Panes is not for the faint hearted and is slow going, but is also completely stunning and absolutely fine if you take it easy (we are 7.2m long).

This is undoubtedly the best site we have been on in our 5 months touring. Very friendly and helpful staff. Super clean showers like an en-suite as toilet shower and washbasin in own cubicle. Bar and restaurant very cheap and good standard, nice big pitch and Oh what a stunning location. Great dog walks, An all round 5 star experience for 21 euros a night.

Clean, relaxed, fun. Great location, great onsite bar/restaurant. Good access straight onto the mountains, Fuente Dé cable-car, and local town Potes. Best of all were the managers and staff who shared their passion about Liebana and Picos and went out of their way to help us enjoy them too. There's no pool with a better view!

Nice atmosphere, pinches perfect size, hygiene in sanitary are ok. Cafeteria is nice, you can find fresh bread in the morning, local beer, delicious croquetas !
Only one - Alberge which is near is pretty loud during late evenings.

Lovely site with great views of the Picos mountains. Swimming pool open in October...but a bit chilly. Great restaurant. About 15km from Fuenta de cable car (photo)

Fab wee Spanish campsite. The staff are so friendly and the toilet block was always super clean. The pitches are quite small - and some are double layered so you feel a bit packed in - but this is understandable given how hilly the area is! We had some great day trips and could easily cycle into potes. Definitely recommend this site.

Very peaceful camping with an incredible views on the mountains , would recommend 100%.

Really a GREAT camping. Extremely helpful and nice staff. Sanitary building very clean and spacious with even seperate bathrooms. Pool with a beautiful view and menu del dia of the restaurant is super tasty. Highly recommend!

Very nice campsite. There is a pool next to a nice bar/restaurant. The toilets are very clean and they have private bathrooms with a sink, a toilet and a shower available for free. WiFi is also available free of charge at every place. This camping is very popular with the locals.

The camping is great - also the food is great! They have “daily menus” that include wine and are delicious - the lamb chops and baby lamb are unbelievable, enjoy

Excellent camping, very friendly staff, good and cheap restaurant, mostly spanish guests. Nice swimming pool. Very crowded in augustus! Make reservation for a nice, green place, and they will get you a nice plot!

Se whent by autovan, and we need to feel with Water and to clean it all. They were really kind and pleasent. It was a pitty that we were on travel, because we wanted to Stay.
