Dr. Spurek

I took my brother and niece to Dr. Spurek on January 4th and 8th, incurring expenses over 1,000 Euros in cash, including two receipts that summed up to 650, and another one promised later. Despite my brother's escalating back pain, we never received a response from the doctor or his office to our phone calls and voice messages. The insoles, expected in early February, never arrived, and we were left with no communication from them. This has been an extremely unprofessional experience.

I visited Dr Spurek at the end of August, pre paid for foot insoles and promised a report for my two visits, 1st Oct and have no insoles and no report. His clinic does not reply to my emails and do not pick up phone calls. This is not the way to treat patients who pay good monies in advance.

Estuve en la consulta el 1 de septiembre y dejé pagadas las plantillas que me dijo estarían en 3 semanas. He llamado infinidad de veces y personado en la clínica y ni me han cogido el teléfono ni hay nadie. Parece que se han quitado de en medio llevándose el dinero . Gran decepción por qué me trató hace 11 años y es buen médico pero me ha dejado sin plantillas y sin dinero. La clínica está cerrada y parece abandonada .
