Our real estate agent (from a different company) was a terrible chaotic woman, but Juan guided us through it smoothly and patiently (he also is a real estate agent, so he knows every detail of the process). He communicated with her, with a bank, with brokers and at some moments he was the only hope we had :-) Juan always acted professionally. His services might be of great use especially if you are not Spanish because he is used to deal with foreigners (no need to mention his perfect English language skills).
