Extremely bad customer service
The sales woman (middle aged with short hair) was extremely rude. I tried a pair of sandals that did not fit my feet properly. She suggested a pair of Birkenstocks that I could see were not my size. I told her so and she insisted that they were even though I was wearing a pair of my own. When I told her again it is the wrong size. She turned her face away, started packing the boxes and walked away. Literally throwing us ( my husband was with me) out of the store.
