Amazing food, one of the best tapas places around. Get the wagyu board and anchovies, they were absolutely incredible.

Very friendly staff and nice local Spanish atmosphere. The Iberian ham (the most expensive version) is some of the best we ever had; very creamy and tasty. Cheese and stuffed peppers are also great. Worth the walk!

Best tapas bar I've visited so far between Malaga and Marbella. Mouth-watering tapas specialities and excellent selection of wines. Great place to meet new people as well. I went there one Friday at midday and didn't leave until around 8.30 pm!

It was not the first time that I had a glass of wine there after my grocery shopping. Your can be even in you sweat-pants or just landed from a business meeting, it is more than okay to grab something there. I love that you do not have to order a whole bottle to make sure you get high quality glass of wine. Heaven for culinary lovers! Bathroom clean an tidy, Staff is friendly and amasing. TIP: They always serve the drink with some snacks (chips, olive etc.) if you accidentally didn't get don't be shy to ask!

We absolutely love, love, love La Despensa Familiar. This is a rare authentic Spanish gem on the Benalmedena Costa. The wine and cheese selection is impressive. The melt in your mouth Jamon Iberico de Bellota is the absolutely star of the show. We tried the Jamon Iberico in the supermarket and it simply can't compare. This tapas wine bar is popular with the locals and with good reason. The atmosphere is always fabulous and the food and wine are wonderful.

Reduce the lighting a bit and it’ll be perfect.

Great tapas and wine bar. Not sure I know anywhere that has better house red or white. A range of tapas but the ham and cheese are exceptional. Great coffee too.

Might very well be the best wine bar / vinoteca in Benalmádena!
The choice of wines, cheese, cold cuts is exquisite.
Well trained personnel is always there to give you guidance if you are not sure what to try.
Prices are correct for such a place and the fact that most of their clients are locals (not tourists) should be enough to reassure anyone that you are in the right place.

Very nice place where all the locals come to enjoy spanish delicacies. They have an awesome collection of wine. Even took a bottle home and they charged me just a little bit more than the regular store price... Super service, outstanding food!
