Hotel - Restaurante Montero

Thank you so much to the hosts at this albergue! We needed an extra night due to an illness on the camino and they were more than accommodating. It was a gorgeous building and yard. The full kitchen was perfect as well. We also really enjoyed the bizcocho and drinks at the cafe. This is a great stop and very close to the main plaza. Great hospitality.

We had a great night of sleep, everything is clean & tidy. Appreciated the bicycle storage. Never met such a lovely receptionist:) thanks a lot

Such a nice relaxing stay along the Camino. It is 40km away from Ribadeo and about 10km from Lourenza. It cost about 15 Euro for one of the nicest, cleanest hostels we've stayed in. My companion was injured and a woman working here gave us some pain relievers and drove us to the pharmacy for some meds!

Awesome hostel/albergue with great amenities and beds. Though you pay 15€ it was worth it for us doing the Camino de Santiago by bike. The restaurant is good but expensive: we had a delicious Galician beef hamburger for dinner for 12€ + beer for 2,50€.

Without a shadow of a doubt one of the best albergues on Camino del norte..
Very well laid out with a lovely atmosphere and great hot showers and comfortable beds..was made feel very welcome by the owners and shall definitely recommend to other pilgrims..👍

Among all places I've stayed at during the Camino del Norte, this was the best. Cleanest. Just wonderful.

Hotel sencillo pero con instalaciones muy cuidadas, cama muy cómoda, todo muy limpio.

Me sorprendió para bien. Si vuelvo a pasar por Mondoñedo, me alojaré allí.

Habitación amplia, todo súper limpio y nuevo. Las camas muy cómodas. Pudimos utilizar las duchas del albergue después de la carrera Toxiza Gran Trail aunque ya habíamos dejado el hotel. La atención del personal es excelente. Si volvemos a Mondoñedo repetiremos sin duda. Gracias

Albergue de 10 muy aconsejable el mejor que me he encontrado en todo el camino del norte. Trato espectacular

Ángeles y su gente se desviven por sus clientes, habitación amplia, cómoda,... hoteles de 3 y cuatro estrellas? por favor!!
El Camino del Norte a Santiago no sería lo mismo si el Hotel Montero, famoso en el mundo entero y parte del extranjero ....

Albergue super limpio , cocina bien equipada, salon comun amplio con la tele , entorno muy bonito. Nos ha gustado mucho

Un lugar muy tranquilo para relajarse y descansar. Muy bien localizado, las habitaciones son sencillas y muy, muy limpias. Sin pretensiones. Las vistas a la montaña son espectaculares. Vendría de nuevo sin dudarlo, es mucho más barato que quedarte en la zona histórica de la ciudad y está a 5min a pie y a 1min en coche.
