You wouldn't expect to find Indian food in a small (& beautiful) village in the Sierra Nevada, not to mention an excellent one - but here you will.

The food is tasty, with a diversity of ingredients (some from the restaurant's own garden) and spices.
And many vegetarian options.

The local cuisine is also excuisite - according to the other guests.

The location is amazing. If the weather is good and not too windy I recommend to sit outdoors. There is a very nice and big garden. There is traditional Spanish food and AMAZING Indian food. Some of the best Indian food I have tried. Everything was super super tasteful! The butter chicken was great. I absolutely loved it. The portions are also good as well as the pulao rice. I also recommend to get the “degustación “starters. It was only 12 euros and you could tried fried paneer, pakora, samosa etc. I will definitely be back and I’m around again!!! They also have local wine.

Food took a while to be served, but tasted great and was perfectly cooked.

Amazing restaurant, with an amazing chef. All the food, Indian and Spanish dishes, were amazing. Quite possibly the best Indian food I have had in Spain. Service was fast and friendly. The views are amazing. Only issue we had was it was quite windy, but other than that, the drive is worth the great food.

Best food we've eaten in a long while. This restaurant serves both Spanish and Indian cuisine. We chose Indian and it was absolutely delicious. Service was as good as the food, restaurant immaculate and with stunning views across the Sierra Nevada. I thoroughly recommend it.

Great place to enjoy the mountain air and amazing food. We only had the Indien dishes and they were authentic and tasty. Best Indian food i had in Spain. We were there with our 2 1/2 year old son in the summer, the garden gives enough place to play and run around. Definitely a must visiting capileira

Paco’s does curry ! Wow. If not the highest curry house in Europe then has to be a contender. We had a lamb curry, a chicken curry and a more traditional roast pork dish and they were all great. Has become an annual treat and highly recommended.

My favorite Indian restaurant ever, with the huge advantage that they also offer great Spanish food. So when I have friends visiting the Alpujarras I bring them there and I enjoy an exotic experience while they have an authentic meal. Its a win win!! Everything is delicious and cooked perfectly.

Excellent service, food, views. We loved it all. It’s sometimes difficult as a vegetarian to find variety in Spain - this restaurant has it all. We will recommend to others and hope to come back soon! Muchas gracias.

We stopped as soon as we saw the sign advertising Hindu food. The gardens were beautiful with an abundance of scented roses, a fish pond and views to die for. We went for the Indian menu, they also have an Alpujarran menu. I’m very fussy with my Indian food. This was exceptional! The flavours didn’t stop coming, we were, all three of us, blown away. My step-daughter, said it was amongst the best she’d ever had, my husband and I put it at the top. Vegetarian and meat dishes, bursting with flavours that just popped in your mouth. Excellent service from the staff and my husband got to bow and praise the Chef as we left. I’m going back for my birthday and with every visitor we have to Granada Province.

A superb Hindu meal. I’m very fussy about my curry and side dishes and everything served to us here was perfecto! Fabulous setting, views, service and food. The garden is beautiful and full of scented roses and the Chef came out to accept our praise with pleasure.

The food was excellent. We had the Indian menu & it was very good. Carmen, our waitress, was lovely and very helpful. Great service. Highly recommended!

Wow. Chicken tandoori 1st rate. Great spinach cheese...might have been eggplant. Naan wonderful. Great mountain views in back room. Wonderful option in Capileira.

Indian food is VERY good. Local soups were as well. Less impressed by the mixed plate of local specialties.

Superb! I go for the curry, the view and last but not least the service! Indian and traditional Spanish food is served here. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful and the garden and (arbolar?) Pergoda are Lovely. I love this place!

I did not expect to be raving about an Indian restaurant in Spain, but here I am devouring the lot. Wonderful vindaloo with lamb (high quality, slow cooked) and masala with chicken. Perfect

My friend and i visited in July and were delighted to find this restaurant which is now serving indian meals alongside traditional spanish menu. What is more surprising is the authenticity of the indian food. Reason it is so good? A skillful Indian chef (may be owner too - not sure) the food was beautiful they even had a tandoori oven so the nan bread was lovely, recommend giving it a try -- especially important if you, like me , miss spicy food when away from home, a nice alternative to the alpujarra platter aka "alphujjan fried breakfast" as we like to call it
