Helener was so helpful and spent a considerable amount of time looking into our requirements. We were super happy and impressed with her professionalism and patience as Spanish was not our native language. We felt valued and truly looked after. We visited to buy some screening for the garden and were not sure of the various options and needed help. Thankfully we were assisted by Jose Manuel in the garden team area and he was very-knowledgeable, patient and we welcomed his advice. An excellent example of customer service. Thankyou Jose Manuel.

I had an excellent experience this morning. It is surprising how attentive the staff is, special mention to Alicia in the payment area, very attentive and smiling. I recommend this place and its products, for the quality and attention received.

My favourite DIY store. It's like B&Q on steroids! Amazing range, quality products, easy returns and tons of friendly advice. Some staff do speak English too! Opening hours are also a bonus.

Visited in September 2022. Helpful staff pointed me in the right direction and helped find the items that I needed. At the till the assistant suggested that I have a loyalty card as that would save 10 euro on my 56 euro purchase. She filled out all of the details and gave me the card and the discount.

This is my favorite Leroy in the area. Always well stocked. Staff are helpful and good parking.

What a fantastic experience we had at Leroy Merlín Sur yesterday. Jorge Ruiz, who I believe is a new employee, was wonderful. The customer care he provided to us was beyond anything we could expect. He should be congratulated. His female colleague also assisted and was very helpful to us. We have always loved Leroy Merlín but have never experienced such exemplary service as this. Fantastic place to go with family. Little like BnQ in UK! Has everything from homeware to hardware. Reasonably priced. Can order prior to collection or for delivery . English and Spanish Speaking staff always helpful and polite. Cafe on site with tapas and cakes. Free onside parking.
