Leroy Merlin Burjassot

Of all the stores in the local area, this is our preferred one.

Everything appears to be better organised and well played out.

A wide variety of products, and good quality.

It is slightly more expensive than other stores such as Bricodepot, but they offer higher quality materials and a bigger selection.

Staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Plenty of parking right outside.

Much better than Bauhaus due to the staff. They seem to be very well trained and enthusiastic and this means a customer saves time and can buy everything they need quickly and efficiently without frustration.

We bought more than we planned because of one amazing guy named Mathias from the flooring department!
He over helped and explained us perfectly and finally together with him we decided and got the instructions ready for our construction.

Because of this we decided to buy 90% of the materials from Leroy Merlin.

I had a pleasure working with Xavi Navarro in the kitchen department, he is incredibly helpful, explains properly, even advised us on how to get professionals for the job on Hogami. He treated us like friends from the beginning and what we appreciated the most is his honesty and professionalism. Please Leroy Merlín should hire and train most of their staffs like Xavi, he deserves is flowers for real. I highly recommend Xavi for your future needs.

In the bathroom department, Luis and Josefa were very helpful. I had an issue and they were kind and understanding and quickly worked to resolve it.

We visited Leroy in order to find materials for our reconstruction project. We had a pleasure working with Emiliano and his team. They were incredibly helpful, treated us like friends from the beginning and what we appreciated the most is their honesty and professionalism. We highly recommend them for your future needs.

Located on the ground floor. Large selection of goods!

It’s a big store. We went there to buy water filter at home. We met a nice staff, called Tamara de fontanería. Cause we can’t speak Spanish and she provided very professional service for us. She introduced the products to us clearly, help us with the purchasing registration and installation service booking from Hogami. It’s a wonderful shopping experience and the installation worker from Hogami also is very professional.

They had the tiles that we needed. The staff were attentive and friendly as usual at Leroy Merlin.
Back again to buy a table and chair set. Very helpful service from Sandra V and the other members of staff.

My daughter and I asked about the production of the sliding door of the wardrobe. I can't speak Spanish, my daughter translated for me. Mr. Raul from ferreteria gave us a lot of help, he was very warm-hearted, professional and introduced me in detail until I could understand. I am very grateful for his help. Leroy Merlin has such good employees, your business will definitely be more prosperous!

An update on 20/02/2022:
Because I don't speak Spanish, it was very hard for me to buy refurbished materials. Fortunately, I met JUAN from the MADERA department here. He speaks fluent English and answered my questions patiently. I bought all the doors and windows from him. I sincerely thank him.

I could find the parts which I was unable to find anywhere else.

We had a great experience with Julia Aguado. She assisted remotely with an order and we noticed her professionalism and her efforts towards the customer satisfaction. She's certainly adding a lot of value to her company from the customers point of view. Thanks
