I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The restaurant's minimalistic yet elegant interior added to the overall charm of the place. I highly recommend it!

Well designed modern interior - with open view of the grill area and the chuletones waiting to be done. We were made to feel at home in this busy and very popular local. Reservations essential. The food was outstanding - we had pimientos asados con ventrisca, pintxos de chistorra, a superb huevos revueltos con setas and finally the outstanding chuleton, nice sealed with firm crust and fading to rare inside - delicious.

Next time we will try the fish - the turbot looked amazing

I highly recomend this restaurant. We went on a Monday anf found the place packed - they finally squeezed us in on the second turn. Very friendly and proficient staff.

Very nice restaurant! Modern facilities, big with many tables, warm people, good services. And very good dishes: the seasonal mushrooms with egg, the beef … we were happy here

Very good experience. The staff are very friendly. The place are big inside. There a is a waiting room for who does not have reservation. It is a comfortable place. Good wine offer and the menu options are delicious, not only the read meat but also fish and desserts.

I ordered a bottle of Viña Ardanza (2012), the beef/pimiento croquettes, cream seafood soup and a 1.2 kilo rib-eye. I suggest you do the same.

Without a doubt the best meal I've had in Spain so far. To have waited for 2 hours and be very happy with what I got simply means Asador Olaverri does their food right.

I visited on a Sunday, went to the restaurant after seeing rave reviews to find that they were full, and with reservations going into a second sitting. Luckily, I was alone and could wait --- it is always easier to sit a single person, I think. Still, it took close to 2 hours before I was able to get a table.

The manager and his English-speaking daughter were very kind and helpful. I asked the manager to recommend dishes good for one, and he came up with media de hongos (just the right level of tenderness for the eggs, and the right level of salt) and solomillo ganado mayor (I asked for medium rare and it was perfect! I was concerned I wouldn't be able to finish the food because I also ate the free bread, but it tasted really good and I was able to finish everything!

All in all, a great experience! I would recommend getting a reservation in advance if at all possible.

(P.S. I came in full pilgrim style and was welcomed to the restaurant without hesitation)

One of the great Spanish restaurants. The food here is exceptional. I have never come to Pamplona, which I do often, without dining here. The staff is unbelievably helpful and serve with an attitude of joy. And the steak and lamb chops are beyond words. As a man who owned a restaurant in New York City for over 20 years I say do not miss this exceptional dining experience.

One of the best restaurants I've been to in Spain. Awesome staff, big portions and nice athmosphere. The quality of food is out of this world and the prices are really friendly. The wine recommendations were good and we had a good time there. Will go again!

What can I say... fantastic food, amazing service. The owner is super friendly and couldn't have done more to have made sure our visit was perfect... and it was. The chuleta was out of this World and the dessert fantastic. I highly recommend the resturant to anyone wanting a great meal with super profesional service.... we will be repeating this in the near future.

Tucked away off the beaten track but the food is wonderful and so fresh. We even bought some of their olive oil.

High quality food in a best atmosphere!! I tried the Chuleton and several starters and everything was amazing. In terms of portions, with an starters and main dish you should be already full. This place is totally worthy to visit if you enjoy food.

Probably one of the steak house in Pamplona and directly to my personal Top5 in the world. Meat is A W E S O M E.

Its amazingly a good place. The meat that they serve are specially good and very tasty. Its juicy as well as like mana....a place of extraordinary taste. Very recommendable to enjoy good and tasty meat of Navarra... Pamplona... I visit almost every month, its like an addiction .

One of the best grills in Pamplona, it is not cheap but has good quality/price ratio.
Totally recommended for special occasions.
