It’s called Estimar! Description: Delightful experience! Beautiful and cozy restaurant with friendly staff that makes you feel very welcome! Must be the best seafood restaurant in Madrid!!! Every dish was made with care and delicate flavors in mind!! The caviar was to die for!!! Would most definitely recommend to anyone I know :)

I don’t understand the fuss about the price. This restaurant does have a separate menu with expensive items but the majority of the menu is comparable to other restaurants like it. The food is fresh and delicious with unusual flavours and you don’t feel like you are missing out by sticking to their regular menu. The carpaccio and razor clams were excellent.

Can't miss place for seafood and fish lovers. They both get exquisite product and excellent preparations. They get pretty creative as well, there's a lot of things to try there.

They get fresh stuff every day, but some of it does run out. It's worth coming early if you really want to taste a particular thing.

They have sea urchin, caviar, oysters, red prawn, devil toes, and plenty of other delicacies. Now of course this ain't cheap stuff, so expect a pretty hefty bill if you want to enjoy yourself.

The restaurant isn't the most luxurious one, and it gets pretty loud. Still an excellent experience.

Fantastic seafood - a modern twist that celebrates traditional Spanish ingredients and cooking styles... and I love Spanish seafood cooked traditionally. It's quite difficult to distinguish the best thing we had, but the honorable mentions have to go to the scorpion fish, gamba Roja a la plancha, and fried chipirones. The dirty martini was very good as an aperitif, and they have a wide selection of wine to complement the food. It is definitely a restaurant I would recommend in Madrid!

I don’t understand the rating for this place. This is by far one of the best places to have seafood in Madrid. Everything was amazing from the multiple appetizers to the main course and finally to the dessert. The service was also impeccable. Is it expensive? Yes, but ABSOLUTELY worth it. We love this place!

Loved it! The fresh sea food and the Spanish wines choosen for each dish are a delight. The personal is attentive and warm. The sommelier was kind to talk about the provenience of the wines. After that a walk in the neighborhood is more than welcomed. It's the ideal place for a special event. There seems to be a location in Barcelona and Valencia.

IMO this is the best restaurant in the world! The food is super high quality and the presentation incredible. Even a tomato is a king in this place! I have eaten in Barcelona and Madrid. I have travelled there from NYC just for dinner it is so good. Any one not giving 5 stars does not know good food. Trust me on this.

Extraordinary Restaruant with the freshest and most creative seafood in Madrid. Excellent service and wide ranging wine list. The only explanation I can imagine for the poor reviews is that it’s expensive. But worth every cent!! Love the open kitchen and minimalist decor.
