Son pisos completos con varias habitaciones, cocina, terraza, baño...
Están a unos 6 kilómetros de Vera pueblo, y a 3 kilómetros de Vera playa, tienen un supermercado Mercadona a solo 3 minutos andando.
El equipamiento es escaso sin muchos utensilios de cocina, pero los justos para una estancia corta.
La limpieza no es muy buena el suelo estaba sucio, había polvo y la funda del sofá manchada.
El precio es muy bueno.
