Costa Coches Car Rental

Rented a car from them last week and I have to say it was a breath of fresh air to deal with a rental company that are honest & polite, from all the girls in the office to the guy that hands the car over, it was a refreshing experience compared to other major car rental companies I have used over the years.
Without doubt I will be using Costa Coches going forward and have already booked two further cars for later in the year.
What they say on the tin is what you get with no hidden charges.

A big thank you to Costa Coches for looking after me this weekend. They worked really hard to find me a car for my very short trip to Mojacar, for a friends 50th birthday. Without their flexibility I would have been stuck for sure. A special mention to Chelsie who was my contact, thank you so much, you were awesome and very helpful. The car was great too and the pick up and drop off were easy.

I have been greatly impressed with Costa Coches. Every element of my dealings with them has been efficient - from booking to collecting and returning the car. Many of the staff are English speaking which makes life easier. When we did have a very slight problem on the second day (underinflated tyre) it was resolved quickly. I would use this company again and am happy to recommend them without any hesitation.

We have owned a property in Mojacar for 15 years, god knows how much money we spent and stresses we suffered from car hire companies like Gold Car and others. No more, from now on we shall just use this friendly, super serviced and reasonable priced local car hire firm.

I made contact by phone and spoke to Frankie who was so helpful. Booked on line and I made a mistake with dates, but Frankie called me to sort me out.
Picked up the car at Mojacar and returned it to Almeria airport which made our trip less stressful.

Rented a car for a week at the end of June - was a little worried as I'd read mixed reviews. The service however was excellent - they met us at the airport as agreed (even though our flight was late) handed us the keys and we were off within 5 minutes.

The Car was a group A 5-door Chevrolet Spark clean inside, lots of scuffs outside (which meant we didn't have to worry about it) but mechanically reliable and perfect for the trip. Cheap to hire for the week and the 300 EUR deposit was returned within 2 days with no issues. Would be happy to use this company again.

I rented a group B car with Costa Coches for just over a week during May. I can't fault the service by this company. Emails are replied to promptly. Easy to book. No hidden extras. No need for a credit card as many of the other rip-off car hire companies require. A member of staff is there to meet you at the airport both when you arrive and depart. I will definitely be using again and will recommend to friends as-well.

I would totally recommend this company, easy hire, easy return. I was totally confused about car hire being the first time I ever hired one in Spain and would use these again without a doubt.
We couldn't actually fill our tank back up to totally full and they were very fair with the fuel even.

I did review this company but has not appeared on this webpage. Found Costa Coches easily the best car hire firm I have ever used. Very well priced compared to other companies, their customer service miles ahead of any other firm. You will not go wrong going with this Company.

Have been using Costa Coches for the last six years. Having used the larger operators previously, with the usual problems. Use averages 5 weeks per year. Have had minor problems, but these have always been dealt with promptly. Picking up and dropping of at Almeria Airport always quick and easy with no fuss.
Have felt need to leave review as just picked up a brand new Opel Corsa today for three weeks hire at very reasonable cost.

Rented a car from Costa Coches at Almeria airport.They were waiting for me when I arrived.Had the car for a week.Yes it was an older car but it was clean.I would certainly use them again and have recommended them to friends coming over in the summer.

Stress free car rental company. We purchased rental for the budget Mojacar based car and it was exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price.
