Hi! This is a fantastic place if you want to get in touch with the "spirit of the pilgrim"! It's extrimely clean and Marcello is very kind!

Absolutely my favourite stay on the Camino! Marcello was a wonderful host and a great cook. The aubergue is rustic but has great showers, beds, ambiance, etc. Marcello was by far the best host and made a great pasta dish and the best salad I've had in Spain. He speaks Italian and good conversational English, and obviously Spanish. Best stay of the trip!

Thanks Marcello for the great stay in your albergue! Marcello is a very Nice Host (and great chef! My best dinner on the Camino :)) AAND he is Dr. Blister!! He took care of my blisters so that I could continue the Camino the next day! I didn’t know what to do without the blister operation 😃

This is one of the best albergues of the entire Camino. The host Marcello is so nice. He cooks you an amazing Italian dinner. The albergue is cute and clean with cloth sheets. It also has AC and fans! Stop here for a great Camino.

Yes!!! It was a great find tucked away. Warm greeting, cute, cozy, clean and welcoming feel.
We ate dinner at the Albergue and Marcello went above and beyond for me and I really really appreciated it. Felt like visiting your Italian uncles vacation home in Spain. Love coming across these extra special Albergue while on the Camino.

I was there in April 2018 and had an absolutely great time. Arrived before it opened for check-in but Marcello let me leave my backpack and offered to lend me an umbrella (It was raining the whole day) and then I went to a cheese festival in the town. I met up with a fellow pilgrim I knew and we walked to the albergue together. Marcello had just opened, so we checked in, had our shower and rested for a while in a nice warm room. Really needed that. The dinner was fantastic and Marcello was a great host, friendly and accommodating - it was obvious that he had walked the camino before. Thank you Marcello. I'll be back on my next camino. Forgot my walking pole by the way - hope you have given it to someone who was in need.

Lovely quirky eccentric albergue on a little side street. Nice communal Italian meal. Some may find the rules a little strict but personally I feel it made the stay all the more enjoyable. A well run establishment.

Really wonderful Hostel. Service was excellent, beautiful Italian food in the evening. I highly recommend this albergue.

Very cozy place, warm atmosphere. The owner cooks a real Italian dinner for only 12 euro (much better than the pilgrim menu!)

Delicious food. The owner was fun and friendly. The place was tidy, quaint and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and our meal here!

Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Adresse.
Marcello macht alles mit Liebe zum Detail und viel Humor.
Das gemeinsame Essen, was er für uns gekocht hat, war unglaublich lecker und schön.

Mi nombre es Rosa he pasado una noche en este albergue y a sido maravilloso. Tiene mini chimeneas con lo cual es cálida la temperatura, muy acogedor y Marcelo está pendiente de tu llegada. Es amable simpático y muy buen cocinero y anfitrión....es decir te cura las ampollas, cocina, su sello del camino es súper original. Hemos compartido una cena de 10 con los wespedes que éramos.
Los baños son grandes y limpios, tiene lavadora secadora y secador de botas jajajajaja
Os lo recomiendo 100% Si vuelvo aquí sin duda volveré a este albergue
