They let me stay with my service dog, which was nice of them. Amicable staff, good breakfast, and incredible value. A bit out of the center but totally worth it.

We were a party of five staying overnight on our way back home from a long road trip. The hotel is amazing: very conveniently located in a quite place, rooms are standard but are done pretty nicely. The beds are to die for! We all had the best night’s sleep there, ever! The people who work at the hotel are very attentive, kind and accommodating. Their level of commitment to their guests is outstanding. Couldn’t praise the guys enough actually. The best choice really.

Recently renovated, breakfast was good and met our needs. Seems like they still doing final touches, but the place is really comfortable. Will be definitely back.

Nice hotel with friendly reception. I was there because Tesla superchargers are located in the car park so I can't comment on other aspects.

Awesome front of house staff. Very patient with me as I don't speak Spanish. Food was good at very reasonable prices.

Espectacular sitio para comer y descansar. Hemos probado el restaurante y hemos salido más que satisfechos y contentos. Ingredientes frescos y con un sabor exquisito. La preparación de los platos y la presentación de los mismos, se nota que son realizados por un chef con gran experiencia. Además, añadir la gran variedad de platos muy ricos que tienen y la elegancia del restaurante. Aunque no te alojes en el hotel, el restaurante está abierto a todo el público para que puedan probar su gastronomía, así como, su zona de cócteles en terraza.

Das Hotel hat einen sehr guten Standard. Es ist sauber, hat eine freundliche Architektur und die Mitarbeiter sind stets auf den Gast orientiert.
Es liegt etwas ungünstig außerhalb Madrids, da es von dort, im Gegensatz zu anderen Vororten, nur schlechte öffentliche Verkehrsanbindungen in die Innenstadt gibt ( ca. 1,5h) auch P+R-Parkplätze haben wir vergebens gesucht, aber da kann ja der Hotelbetreiber nichts dafür.

Buscábamos un hotel no muy caro pero que tuviera buenas habitaciones y buen acceso al centro por medios públicos o taxi. El desayuno estuvo bien. Mi puntuación es acorde precio calidad.
