Excellent staff and their service was great, location wonderful and stylish decor. A fountain to enjoying many rooms have balconies too. Their bar and lounge area very appealing.

This place is excellent. Don't let the negative reviews deter you -- they're just left by a bunch of miserable people looking for something to whine about. My room was clean, spacious, and modern. The hotel staff is profesional and polite. It only took 30 seconds to get checked in -- which is rare in Spain, as you're usually forced to spend at least 5 minutes signing a pile of nonsense before getting your room key. An equivalent hotel room in the US would cost at least 150$ a night. Book the room. You won't regret it.

Location of this hotel is prime. The staff was very helpfull in every way and made a difference
Room was clean, spacious and confortable. Great view to Plaza España. Breakfast offered many options. Will stay here if visiting Valladolid again.

It's very well located in the center of the town. They have parking you can book. And at checkout the invoice was already ready. No complain.

Suelo ir bastante a menudo a Valladolid y casi siempre nos hospedamos en este hotel. Las habitaciones son amplías, tiene un hall espectacular. El desayuno en su salón buffet esta muy bien presentado y es copioso. Esta muy bien situado en pleno centro y muy cerca de la calle Santiago y plaza mayor

Cómo usuario de silla de ruedas que soy voy a valorar su accesibilidad: la habitación es amplia y espaciosa y su cama muy confortable, aunque es un poco alta para hacer las transferencias de la silla de ruedas a la cama,
Su cuarto de baño es muy amplio espacioso y todo está muy accesible, por ponerle una pega su taza podría estar mejor ubicada para poder hacer las transferencias desde la silla de ruedas a la taza del baño.
