What an incredible experience. This was everything we'd hoped and more. The dedication and hard work of the owners is truly inspirational, and the moment when the birds soar in to feed will make the hair on your neck stand in awe. I can understand that vultures maybe are not everybody's thing, but if you even think that you like some birds maybe a little bit, you should give this a go. Fair warning - you will need to ring ahead or book on WhatsApp; web site and email are not your friends here, and bookings are essential. You will need to meet the host promptly at 0900 to travel down in convey. Wear dark clothing and be prepared to move silently - don't be a jerk and spoil it for everybody by scaring away the birds. These are wild creatures, which makes the experience all the more special. Also, while the guests are passionate and highly knowledgeable, you are in Spain, so their talk is in Spanish. Ours is mediocre, but we could follow the gist, and there are some written materials (of excellent quality) available for 1.50€. They're worth the donation. The venue is very carefully and cleverly designed, right down to an external microphone pickup so you can hear the birds. Honestly, this is worth every cent and more - we were struck dumb with awe, and we are so glad we did this. We will absolutely do it again if we return to this part of Spain.

What a brilliant way to start your day. Meet and taken to the Observatory by the nicest and most sincere man, who tried and managed to converse with us in English. Opened windows, arranged the camouflaged netting, produced camera pillows and then 10 minutes later walked into the observation area with a wheelbarrow at which most of the 300 Griffon Vultures started to vocalise, became agitated and started to clamber over each other before some fought for the food. Not so much vulture drama for the following wheelbarrows of food. To be so close and see them in such detail was amazing and truly spectacular. We took over 400 photos between us. Considering they wanted to charge us 7 times as much to sit in a hide and watch vultures from the same distance, this is what I call a Bargain with a Capital B.

Unique experience, hosted by people who clearly love vultures and know a lot about them. Obviously you are dependent on other people walking quietly as instructed and not being idiots, but all went well for us.

Fantastic experience. Amazing spectacle but not to be attemped by anyone with walking difficulty or in a vehicle longer than 6m.

An incredible experience. Must be booked or you will never find the place. We tried Google maps and were directed to the other side of the mountain. You are encouraged to take photos and videos but DO NOT use flash!

A absolutely wonderful experience. Indeed far better than we could have expected. Although we have insufficient Spanish to follow all the information we were given a brochure in English which gave a good outline. Thank you both for this opportunity.

Fuimos allí por recomendación de una amiga y no pudo ser más gratificante el espectáculo que vimos, además de la maravillosa labor que realizan Loli y José Ramón con los buitres. Sin duda, volveremos para pernoctar allí y disfrutar de una noche de la paz y la calma que Mas de Bunyol puede ofrecer

Este centro no es público, no es un lugar al que puedas acceder por tu propio pie. Ponte en contacto con Loli (677 17 48 45) y ella te explicará cómo funciona el observatorio.
Yo quedé maravillada del respeto al entorno y a los animales que reflejan tanto Loli como Buitreman. es impresionante ver cómo los buitres se alimentan, se relacionan e incluso se bañan delante tuyo.
Es un gran trabajo el que hacen en este centro y todos debemos cuidarlo y respetar las normas para no cargarnos todo el esfuerzo que durante años han hecho que día a día los buitres se acerquen a nosotros.

Una experiencia única e inolvidable. Hay que vivirla. No se puede describir con palabras.

Nos alojamos en la masía, en plena naturaleza, y nos encantó la paz y la tranquilidad que se inspira.

Mientras desayunas en el comedor, ya ves como los buitres empiezan a bajar de las colinas y se te pone el pelo de punta. Tuvimos una suerte fantástica, el tiempo estuvo de nuestra parte, vimos como alrededor de 400 buitres comían, se bañaban y tomaban el sol con las alas bien tendidas para secarse.

El buitreman es impresionante, hace falta una buena dosis de locura y mucha dedicación para poder hacer lo que hace y las aclaraciones de Loli muy interesantes y bienvenidas. Es increíble el pedazo de trabajo que están haciendo.

Te recogen con el coche en el polígono industrial Torre Sancho, delante del Big Mat Bricas a las 9:15 h.
Luego corto camino en coche siguiendo al guía, caminas unos 10´por un sendero hasta llegar al observatorio.
La actividad de los buitres dura 1 h aproximadamente.

Fue una maravillosa experiencia ver llegar y comer a unos 150 buitres leonados (pocos según Buitreman por falta de viento) y el cariño que ponen en su trabajo tanto Loly como Buitreman.
Una visita muy recomendable.

No es un hotel, aunque para determinados casos disponen de habitaciones.

Hay que ir porque me ha parecido alucinante todo. Las explicaciones de Loly y Buitreman, la atención hacia todo el grupo, ver los buitres planear y ver como les daba de comer, los sonidos de su bateo, la masía… y todo con un cariño espectacular y que pocas veces te transmiten. Muchas Gracias por la experiencia que he vivido hoy!! Genial!!

Hemos vivido la experiencia de ver a los buitres interactuando entre ellos y comiendo y ha sido brutal! Mi enhorabuena a buitreman porque se nota que le gusta lo que hace, de hecho lo hace porque sale de él y además te lo explica todo con una pasión...qué bonito vivir haciendo lo que te gusta! Te podrías pasar el día observándolos, bueno hasta que los buitres quieran ya que van y vienen cuando quieren. Ojalá todo el mundo se preocupase así de los animales y del entorno, con ese respeto y siendo conscientes que los humanos somos también quienes los hacen desaparecer.

Fuimos a la observación de buitres y fue impresionante.
Tuvimos también la suerte de ver un alimoche...cómo colofón a la visita.
