Deze makelaar is een heel vriendelijk en kundig gezin met veel mogelijkheden om je te helpen bij het aankopen en onderhouden van onroerend goed in de regio.
Ook hulp bij belastingen en als tussen persoon naar overheid is het een goede keus volgens mij.
Mijn auto importeerde zij snel en betrouwbaar, zij zijn van oorsprong Engels en dat maakt het voor ons vaak gemakkelijker praten.

It's great that we were able to have two small packages (worth €20) delivered to El Perelló properties. However, when we went to pick up the packages, Polly informed us that we had to pay €30 for the service. It would have been nice if she had informed us of this beforehand so we could have had them delivered somewhere else.

I expressed my disappointment to her and her response was "everybody is happy to pay this 🤔Her actions were not very customer-friendly and felt like a rip-off.

As a result, we decided not to list our property with her. She may have missed out on a lot of earnings due to her greediness. By the way, our house was sold in no time.

This was not the first time that Polly charged us an excessive amount of money. She arranged for our car to be registered with a Spanish license plate, which also cost us a lot. 💰🙈

I would avoid this family 'business' at all costs that is unless you like being lied to. We rented a house from them last Summer but it didn't have adequate electricity then we complained that Vaughan hasn't a clue what he is doing.We even had to bring Mr Davis to court.He or his daughter (Polly) hired a goon (Polly's boyfriend) to threaten us with physical harm if we went any further.This meant we didn't show up to the hearing. We had to leave the country instead (How Nice). We also got into a car accident near their office amidst all the madness but this was amusing to them as they are a twisted bunch. Worst experience of our lives so you have been warned. (lbtw lots of people in the area dont like them either)
