Federal Valencia

Few mins walk from one shot hotel and only you hotel. Waited 5 mins to be sat. Food was very tasty, fresh and a great option for breakfast. Only opens at 9am but worth the wait. The milk in one of our coffees tasted strange but they happily swapped the drink for one with oat milk which rectified the issue. Good quality food, consistently brilliant breakfast. Highly recommend!

We came here for breakfast and it was a huge hit with us. We had a small 5 minute wait and could see that we were among locals. The service spoke very good English. While my cappuccino was served luke warm, it was very well made. Our dishes - Eggs Benedict with Salmon and Oven baked eggs with mushroom were both outstanding. The taste of my baked dish with mushrooms, spinach combined with hazelnut cream was something I never experienced before. Great choice for breakfast/brunch.

Brilliant spot for breakfast/brunch. Really nice sweet and savoury options and lots of variety of drinks to choose from. Staff were helpful and friendly. The french toast was really good as was the chia pudding.

I went quiet early in the weekend so service was good and fast but my feeling was that it gets very busy. Great menu with very interesting variety! So many good things i had a hard time deciding. Food was good and tasty! And the coffee was nice as well!

I only had a coffee and a cake which was flavourful, the sandwiches looked good, but I did not (yet) ate them. Free 1,5 hours Internet is included if you have Facebook. It's decent. I think this bar is especially nice if you are writing something or want to have a brainstorm session with friends, colleagues or others

An American style cafe with modern vibes and nice crowd. Desserts and coffee are really yummy. The cafes size is moderate so if you are a large group there is a good chance to find a table.

Delicious food, interesting menu and good quality ingredients (amazing bread!). The venue is big and it gets very busy on the weekend, so it takes longer time to have your order taken and for the drinks and food to arrive but the food is worth the wait :)
We could see that the staff was tired, so it might be a good idea to have an additional waiter or two over the weekends.

I had the most delicious eggs Benedict with salmon & avocado on gluten free toasted bread.
I enjoyed a cappuccino & got a chocolate caramel almond dessert to go with a ginger beer.
The dessert is good but a bit too sweet for my taste.

Nice welcome and very busy. Food and wine excellent and such good value, will visit again before going home.

Great, sweet and attentive staff who are amazingly doing so much with a smile and charm. The food was delicious and fairly priced for nice portions. Healthy options and a great selection of drinks, including coffee milkshakes, açai smoothies and matcha iced teas. Nice atmosphere and quick service even when busy. We will be back!

The interior is done well, the branding is spot on and the food is delicious. Reminded me of a typical Australian breakfast/lunch place which I assume is the vibe they were going for. Prices are a bit above average compared to other stuff around but it’s worth it.

I had the shakshuka eggs, which I couldn’t find on the menu but definitely recommend!

One of our favourite cafes in Valencia! The moment you walk in the atmosphere is calm, lovely and welcoming! The staff are warm and were happy to converse with us in English. I would highly recommend the pancakes and the Reuben, their vanilla lattes and sunrise cocktail juice were just perfect! We did not stop there, the lemon meringue pie was too inviting! A fabulous work location and also a chilled place to eat and relax! Please open a branch in Dublin or London. Gracias! ☺

Our first morning in Valencia and 8 of us went to Federal for breakfast. We were so glad we did. The breakfast burger was exceptional. The shakshouka was amazing. The eggs benedict and pancakes fabulous too. Not only that the service was fantastic. So helpful and my daughter's pancakes were delayed but they were so apologetic to her. Thank you!

Brilliant recommendation by our Hotel and came here every day- sometimes twice per day. Staff delightful and friendly. Coffee and food excellent. Highly recommend

This is a very nice place to have breakfest, lunch, brunch ... with many salty & sweet options. Nice service, very popular, i think they are quite okay with the speed but better to plan a comfortable time here. Free wifi is for 1.5 hours. Also good placw to work a little bit.

The staff were lovely; the food looked great and healthy for choice for breakfast and brunch around here. The reception system was very organised and just in time with no booking required for us.

The first time I went the service wasn't the best, but the coffee was great so I decided to give it another try. The second time I went there the service was much better and the coffee is really delicious. First time was in the morning and a lot of people, maybe that's the reason. In the afternoon was less busy. All in all, will come back for sure.
