Stopped here for quick shop on our way to Madrid. This place has everything from a bedside lamp through to fully fitted bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms. There is so much choice in design and price. Ftom budget bathrooms through to luxury eye catching designer kitchens. The restaurant upstairs is enormous and can cater for hundreds of people at any given time. For such a busy place it seems to have a very relaxed and soothing atmosphere. We purchased some nice chrome towel rails and a black metal shoe rack and matching coathanger with storage shelf 👍 Well worth visiting even if it's just for a look around. 👍👍👍👍👍

IKEA needs no introductions. Every DIY's paradise. It's hard to leave this store without buying something, and there's always the pleasure of lunch or a snack at their inhouse restaurant.

Well i always enjoyed my time in ikea and whenever i used to travel out of my birth country there would be a definite visit to ikea, lots of things to buy lots of nice prices but don't know why sofas are expensive all over things there but when i lived in Qatar, Doha for a quite small time and back then my brother and his wife gave me the honor to buy them some stuff from ikea to improve there house while there were away so I ended up changing there entire house from ikea and it was magical because the service was amazing and super fast.

Ikea with exceptional staff. We went to buy a cover for our sofa recently and the lady who attended us was more than helpful, I would say she gave 110% effort in helping us. The whole place although very large is easily accessible and organised very effectively. Just follow the arrows on the floor so as to eventually find your way to check out!

A fully equipped IKEA store. Customer service and maintenance are top, and the restaurant is very good.

Somedays is a bit crowded, and despite of this, it indicates that it's a nice play to spend sometime, find some inspiration, make a very convenient shopping for home, and get some well done Swedish meals.

Beautiful and if you are looking for a nice lunch with family and friends it's the place to be.

We bought 90% of our furniture from here and they have good food.

One of my favourite Ikeas 😍. It is really close to Madrid by car, car park is great with a lot of spaces, includes a covered underground car park. The shop as such (including the toilets!) is super clean, neat, organised (as much as an IKEA can be organised with so many visitors!). It is true that Ikea has started to feature products separating certain items from the rest of the same category and it is required to do an extra effort to make a proper comparison if price is relevant to make a decision about the most convenient (quality/price) item in the ground floor-just saying, be attentive to this if you need to stick to the budget! Otherwise all the personnel were absolutely attentive, helpful, trying to get the best for the customer- excellent client experience! They had good stock for all what we wanted. I had however the impression that this Ikea is a bit smaller than other ones- maybe just an impression! But overall, I would come back here because it is a great experience coming to this Ikea😍.

I have had my best Ikea experience in Spain in this store! Especially employee named Alba did her best to help me with my purchase and checkout. Apart from her, all staff were great and eager to help. During the weekends it is over crowded. It is best to choose a weekday.

Probably one of the best Ikea's in Madrid. The furniture, garden section and even the restaurant make it great!
Remember they give you free coffee with your Ikea family card!

Coffee in Spain is way better than in the UK. Great breakfast of tortilla.

Took my Saturday to buy things to furnish my new flat, and found lots of good stuff at great prices! The place was a little crowded and perhaps that's why there wasn't enough personnel to help out the clients. However, the guys available were very kind and helpful, especially Paulino!

It's easy to find things that you need in the house.
And durable and have good quality.

Probably my favorite Ikea location in Madrid Community so far (i.e. short before the opening of Ikea in Torrejón de Ardoz on 26th of April 2023).
Easily accessible though the underground parking and very well organized, usually the only Ikea in the region that tends to always have in stock what I am searching. San Sebastián de los Reyes Ikea in contrast usually doesn't.
Ain't got nothing to complain.

Ikea store located at la gavia shopping center. Very well located for people living in the east of Madrid. The store ha plenty of parking space and it is connected to the shopping center through a corridor. About the ikea, well an Ikea store full of everything.

Literally, visited Ikea for this meal! Before COVID, we visited IKEA in Madrid.... this meal has been on my mind for three years!! Perfection 💜

It is always good to be there. The place is organized as usual.

The restaurant area is also great, nothing to complaint about.

It's really good, one of the bigger IKEAs closer to the main city. Not far from the metro and it's also in a complex with other stores, so you can actually spend a day shopping, eating, etc.
The ikea itself has a good selection since it is bigger unlike the ones you find in the city closer to centre. It's more or less the same as those IKEAs I've visited in Malaysia, Moscow and UK. So definitely recommended.

The staff with whom I communicated were very nice and helpful, a good impression.
