Posada El Hoyal

This was just a wonderful oasis of calm along our route. The host is extremely friendly, and the place is very quite and tranquil. We felt entirely welcome and would definitely stay here again and again. The food in the restaurant was very high quality.

This is a wonderful hotel. The hosts are friendly and helpful. While the rooms are excellent, the restaurant is SUPERB. If this kitchen was in a major city it would receive lots of Michelin Stars. I would love to eat here regularly.
Even though its a little out in the country its only minutes from Potes and well worth the journey. Highly recommended.

Stayed here 2 nights . Family run with the family dog luna outside. Meals were delicious . Try the cheese ice cream yummy.
Would recommend value for money.
7 of us on bikes no problems parking outside.
39° outside no air con in bedrooms.
Still it was comfortable.

Awesome stay. Away from everything, closest village is a 15 min drive (Potes). Very clean, nice owners. Food is good, homemade and not so expensive. Special mention to the breakfast.

Fuimos a cenar por recomendación de un alojamiento cercano. El sitio es precioso, el entorno maravilloso. La estancia es sobria pero acogedora. Nos trataron muy bien y de forma muy cercana. La comida estaba exquisita. Muy recomendable. Para volver.

Un rinconcito magnífico en el interior de Cantabria. Muy cerca de Potes, lo suficiente para visitarlo pero alejado lo justo para descansar en un ambiente muy tranquilo y acogedor. El servicio es estupendo, las habitaciones están muy bien, limpias y acogedoras. La comida y los desayunos son estupendos.

Es un lugar bonito, tranquilo, la estancia gerenciada por familia inmejorable, el restaurante muy recomendable y la atención familiar y cercana, más no se puede pedir. Sin duda un buen sitio

Un lugar tranquilo donde desconectar. La habitación muy coqueta, teníamos vistas al monte. El desayuno buenísimo, destacar el café que se nota que está muy bien hecho.

Fuimos a cenar aquí una noche y nos encantó todo lo que probamos. Pedimos los saquitos de queso y gambas, el hojaldre de huevo, foie y jamón y los chipirones. Estaba todo espectacular, pero el hojaldre creo que fue lo que más me gustó de todo.
El señor que nos atendió fue súper amable, como pedimos todo para compartir ya nos traia todo montado en platos separados.
De postre probamos el mouse de limón y otro típico de allí que nos recomendó y riquísimo todo también.
Recomiendo totalmente ir a comer o cenar a este sitio!

Es una posada que a parte de por sus maravillosas vistas hace que el trato tan agradable del personal haga que la estancia sea especialmente cómoda. Hay que destacar también su limpieza, ya que está todo impoluto. Recomendable 100%
