Hotel SPA Benalmádena Palace

Perfectly made for families. The service is excellent (especially at the restaurant), staff is always very attentive, fast and friendly. Facilities are amazing, the are so many things to do in the hotel that you could spend the whole holiday having fun/relax inside. Position is great, few minutes walk from the beach. Food is average, but the choice is so wide that you can always find something you like. Rooms are quite old but not bad. Quite much noise from the corridors and from outside, they should change doors and windows. Cleaning is overall good everywhere, except under the bed and under the sofa. Ratio quality/price is good, what makes it very competitive.

Excellent room service every day with sweets left in the room and the towels made into different animals- Yolanda was our cleaner who was fab all week. Good location if you get a sea facing room, entertainment was amazing every night and happy hour at the bar!

Absolutely loved our stay here last week. All the staff are so friendly and in particular reception staff very helpful. Our apartment was very clean with everything you needed. We stayed half board and the food was fabulous. The restaurant staff work so hard to accommodate everyone. We made use of the indoor pool which is lovely. We would definitely come again. Thanks everyone for your kindness. 🙂

The hotel is very family-friendly. It has mini club, where you can leave your kids in safe enviroment and play different games with the lovely animators, who does tremendous job. It has variety of playgrounds (football, tennis, chess, mini golf), gamezone, mini disco every evening (our kids loved the mascot Benny).
It's very nicely terraces, you have bewutiful view and you have also nice outdoor swimming pools (both for kids and parents) and an indoor pool for colder days.
Apartments are big enough for family with two kids and the food was surprisingly good (surprisingly because you are not paying a fortune to stay there), there was also piano performer for dinners.

We have stayed at the Benalmádena Palace twice and we really like it. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel facilities are super and the food is excellent. The WiFi also works well too. It is a great place for families.

Great Hotel, plenty to do for the kids with great entertainment throughout the day and evening. If you are into adult games and cocktails Natasha is fabulous! Great selection on the all inclusive food and drinks and the staff are always on hand to help.

Again an amazing experience! We arrived early on the 3rd of January and the lady behind reception was so kind to give us an upgrade to a two bedroom apartment! It was worth the wait! Everything we needed as a family and super clean. The kids loved the Kids club with Stefi as favourite because she also speaks our language which is always nice :)) the rest of the team was also amazing!! Compliments to the lifeguards as well as it was busy in the pool but they didn’t miss a thing! We will be back again!

A very lovely hotel. Staff are always polite and helpful. Bit of a steep hill to the hotel but they run a courtesy bus. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Best indoor pool we have ever used.
Staff all friendly. Room nice with good view. Strange rule though. No drinks even in cardboard cups allowed around indoor or outdoor pool until poolside bar opens in summer..... Unfortunately food only average and steep hill to reach hotel.

The hotel welcomes guests staying outside the hotel, which is great. Reception staff are very friendly and warm and speak perfect English. Indoor pool and spa facilities are very good, but the best asset to the hotel is the massage therapist Anna. I have been going to her for over 10 years as she is an expert at her craft. She is very friendly, warm, and welcoming. I highly recommend trying out one of the many massage treatments that Anna offers.

Was an excellent choice for our family to spend Christmas holidays at.

We were there for a week in December and the staff were exceptional throughout the period. Special mention of some members in the restaurant - Sergio, Gabi, Maria and Paola. They were always helpful. Even arranged last minute surprise birthday cake for my daughter.

Facilities are very good and very much value for money. Daily evening entertainment is very good with the Flamenco dance being a not to be missed show.

Location being handy as well to move around easily and get to the beach with a short walk.

Overall would highly recommend for families.

Lovely, friendly staff, beautiful views from the rooms. Food was nice, rooms were lovely and well equipped. Indoor pool was great, didn't use the outdoor one.

Staff is Super friendly! Miniclub and mini disco is well driven. Live piano music almost every day! Food variety during breakfast and dinner.

Best holiday ever, hotel was absolutely superb, location was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our holiday the best, in particular the waiters Pablo, the 2 Alejandros, Ramon and Sergio. The chefs Laura and Alberto and the entertainment staff Peter and Natasha . Such high quality food and choices of food, hotel was so close to the beach, we will definitely stay again.

It’s not a big hotel. Everyone is so nice. We are never bored. This hotel has entertainment every night, a real great playroom for the kids. We have breakfast included. The people at the reception, Marcos, Ana and Mariana helped us to reserve great excursions and to get around. Thanks to Mr. Del Pino who answered our questions before coming here.
At the breakfast, we meet Ana who greet us so happily. There’s George, Alejandro, Benji, Monica working so hard.
The cleaning crew are working hard to make sure everything is spotless. We have met Yolanda, Carolina, Dana and Suzana. We are so happy here. There’s always something to do. Peter in the animation team works past 11 pm. The indoor swimming pool is very clean and nice. Not busy . It’s been so far a great stay. Next year, we’ll think of 4 weeks instead of 3. So much to discover in the Costa Del Sol.

We had an amazing holiday at this hotel. The food and the staff were amazing. The entertainment team was excellent 👌 ( Stefi and Natacha ). The location is perfect, too. For those ones who don't have all-inclusive, there is a shop close by exiting at the rear of the Hotel ( Dia). The cleaner ( Sandy) had our room ready and cleaned) and plenty of 🍬 left on the table :) .

Our stay of 3 weeks has been an absolute pleasure. Accommodating and professional staff. Family friendly hotel. Lots of activities indoor and outdoor and location close to the beach. Great children’s club with responsible and smiling young adults. Big thanks to them all - and especially Steffi for your positive energy and high-skillness - AND for teaching me Set Game and always giving Dirch a blast at the children’s Disco🕺😊🙏🏻

We have just returned from 5 nights at Benalmádena Palace. We had a fantastic stay. Our party was myself, my 2 sons (age 6 and 2) and my mum. My mum has mobility issues but this wasn't a problem as everything in the hotel is accessible and there is a shuttle bus down to the main street.

We had hoped to spend alot of time in the indoor pool however the depth is 1.5m across the whole pool. My mum and I are both short and my mum can't swim so the one time we all used the pool she had to spend the whole time at the steps.

The staff throughout the hotel were great - nothing was too much trouble and they always had a smile and a hello.

The kids club was the star of the show - the best kids club we've had. If you have an under 4 you can stay and supervise them which was great for us as my 2 year old would have been gutted not to be allowed in! There is a small soft play, a park, trampoline and lots of toys. For the over 4s there are activities (arts and crafts, games etc) and they can stay by themselves (opening hrs during our stay were 10.30am-3pm and 9pm-11pm). I hadn't intended for my 6 year old to go very often but at his own request he was at the door waiting at 10.30am every morning! He just loved the staff and the activities. Special mention to Stefi, Natasha, Karen, Peter and Ann Lynn who all made my sons time at miniclub so fun!

The minidisco was fab too - face painting, dancing and certificates for any child who had attended the miniclub that day. My mum even got a certificate for getting so involved in the miniclub every day while we were there with my 2 year old! Beny the tiger also came to the disco (and visited the restaurant during mealtimes) and was a massive hit with my 2 year old.

This hotel is fantastic, I write this review from the hotel whilst waiting on my wife. We are here for 5 x nights All-inclusive.
Food really good, plenty of options, drinks and deserts have plenty of options.
Rooms are very well kept, plenty of room, cleaned often.
Staff are fantastic. Isabel on reception was very very helpful,.
Chef Yasmina and Sandra done a beautiful sea food soup. Really lovely. Bar staff are brilliant.
This hotel is 4 Star, and is a strong one at that. It doesn't claim to be 5 star... Yet there's not much I'd change about it.

Great hotel, excellent entertainment with Natasha & Peter. The location is peaceful and is close to the beach (approximately 10 minutes walk) although they have a shuttle bus service which takes you further down beach (5 minutes drive and free to residents) Rooms are amazing, so clean the perfect hotel to choose for your Benalmádena holiday/break, already booked again for next year 👍👍👍
