Hotel Vielha Baqueira Affiliated by Meliá

The hotel is pretty good, a little bit outdated but the staff makes up for all the minuses.
Especially the staff from the dining area/restaurant starting with Fabian and allt he way to the meat guy behind the grill plate. Also the cleaning personnel does an an amazing job taking into consideration that there are duplex apartments.
The personnel is golden and keeping the stars of the hotel.

I was happy with the hotel and its service. German on reception was really helpful with hiking recommendations. The breakfast didn't live up to expectations however. It was poor for a hotel of this category.

Amazing trip across Spain by bike and this hotel was by far the best food and accommodation of the trip. The staff was kind and thoughtful and so hard working!

We stayed here for just 1 night with friends. Staff very friendly, the hotel was clean and rooms comfortable. The breakfast was good with ample choice. Thank you we will be back

We have recently spent three nights in the Vielha Baqueira hotel - before starting the Tour del Aneto track, after finishing it, and after having completed a few stages of the Setau Sageth. This hotel is an outstanding place to recover after a hike and prepare for the next day.
Location: at the heart of Vielha, with all stores and restaurants, a laundry self-service and a supermarket, bus stops Inna walking distance. Can’t be better.
Rooms: Not most recently renovated, but super tidy, with everything functional and in order. As for the mountain views- you come to the mountains not to look at them from a hotel‘s window, right?
Service: Very friendly, helpful, ready to accommodate our extra wishes (like storing our suitcase for 10 days while we were hiking). The picnics prepared for us in the morning were very generous and hearty- great boost of energy on the trail. Finally, the cordiality of the personnel is unforgettable! Three times we checked in, and three times we were warmly welcomed. (Laia at the reception has even recalled our names and picnic preferences! Her friendly and supportive attitude was so much needed when we arrive miserably wet and frozen after one of the tracks. Thank you, Laia!!)

All in all, I can only strongly recommend this simple, welcoming hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there and appreciate the service we received.

Excelente hotel! Muy cómodo. Todo super limpio, la comida perfecta y sobre todo, la atención del personal, son cordiales educados y muy amables, para mí eso es lo más importante

Lo mejor: el personal… gracias a todo el equipo, sobretodo a Pablo, jefe de recepción… estuvo toda la estancia pendiente de nosotros… y lo peor, un poco las camas, le recomendaría un sobre colchón de viscoeslastico…pero nosotros es que somos muy delicados con ese tema… el Buffet muy variado, y las vistas impresionantes. Volveremos!!!

Hotel agréable, chambre spacieuse et très propre. Baignoire et salle de bain bien équipée avec le nécessaire. Literies confortable. Le chauffage est un peu élevé. Les salons de la réceptions sont très agréable avec une grande cheminée et plusieurs espaces pour se reposer avec un verre. Un bar avec une terasse donnant sur une vue apaisante.

Es el tercer año consecutivo que vengo con mi hijo pequeño y todo estupendo. El trato del personal es excelente, habitación muy limpia. A destacar un desayuno y cenas del restaurante del hotel muy variadas y buenas. Otro aspecto importante, es que se puede aparcar con mucha facilidad al lado del hotel. 100% recomendable

El hotel esta muy bien, céntrico y acogedor. El buffet del desayuno normal. Tengo que destacar la terraza del bar restaurante y la amabilidad del chico que nos atendió Fabian.

Hemos venido a Vielha a correr la HardBike y ha ido todo perfecto. El personal del hotel ha sido muy atento, amable y nos han facilitado mucho el llevar bicis con nosotros. El año que viene repetiremos sin dudarlo. Lo recomiendo 100%

Muy buena experiencia. El servicio de habitaciones, recepción, el de comedor y en especial Fabián y la jefa de restauración muy amables, la comida variada y buena y eso que yo soy raro. A mejorar, al menos en la habitación que yo estuve (210), las luces del baño, se nota que las instalaciones van cumpliendo años. La ubicación inmejorable.

Tengo que felicitar a Pablo y Fabián , también al personal del hotel por las atenciones y soluciones que se dieron a las reclamaciones que hicimos. Nos hospedamos esta semana y desde el momento uno el personal fue bastante amable y profesional.

El hotel tienes cosas que mejorar en sus instalaciones pero creo que sus atenciones y detalles hacen que la atención sea 10/10.

Hotel estupendo con todas las comodidades, personal muy simpático a destacar los de recepción, te recomiendan lugares para visitar y restaurantes para comer. El Spa y el gimnasio fantásticos. Y las habitaciones muy acogedoras. Ubicación ideal. Recomendable 100%.
