Lovely campsite. Facilities very clean and huge pitches.
The owners are super friendly and run a bar/restaurant on site if you don't feel like cooking or want to socialise with a drink.
They also run a minibus into town 3 times a week.

Excellent place to stopover and relax. Large and extra large pitches to suite all sizes of Motorhome, campers or caravans. Fab swimming pool. The bar is open late afternoon/early evenings. The restaurant has to be pre booked. The hosts are friendly and informative. The site is dog friendly but dogs do not have access to the dining room/reception area, pool or other indoor facilities. Bread can be pre ordered for next day pick up.
Great walking and cycling. Pinoso town is approximately 1 hours walk along country roads, lanes and tracks and cycling takes just 15/20 mins either by above or the not too busy tarmac road jus 0.5k out of the site.

Quiet place 2km from Pinoso. Large pitches. Very clean lovely showers and toilets. English owners, but bilingual. Baguettes to order 1€. Bar & food by prior order day before. Quiet roads around site to walk dogs. Beautiful sunsets and not much light pollution to see an amazing amount of stars & planets. ACSI accepted.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The facilities are new, very clean and adequate. Beautiful setting, great skyline views. We pitched a tent and it worked well, pitch sizes are very generous! We did not use the bar and restaurant, however it was nice this option was available. Would recommend and wish we could of stayed longer.

One of the best campsites we’ve come across so far in Spain. Very neat and clean facilities. Spacious pitches with open views into the stunning countryside. And the hosts are so lovely and helpful. Thanks for a fantastic time. We definitely will be back here.

A little gem set amongst the hills about 40 miles west of Alicante.
I doubted whether to write this review because honestly, I dont want anyone else to know about it so it doesn't get full all the time..!
It's small, peaceful & immaculately maintained by the British couple who own it.
The pitches are hard standing & huge, power, water, washing, toilets & showers etc. are all #1.
The pool is perfect & no kids allowed on Site 😁
Fresh bread each morning with a small bar & restaurant.
There's some nice walks locally but apart from that you've at least a 4 mile journey to get to the nearest town, so stock up before you arrive.
There are some small farms in the vicinity so a bit of "wildlife" noise is to be expected... I prefer this than the usual road & kids noise you get from most of the coastal sites.
You know when you've found a good one when you talk to the people already there & you ask them how long they have been staying... most answers were "we arrived for a couple of days & we are still here a month later" 😁
It definitely lives up to its name... El Tranquilo.

We had a very relaxed stay at this Amazing Campsite, it is one of the Cleanest sites we have visited and the host was so friendly. We were in the pool every day, had a wonderful meal and made some special friends, we enjoyed it so much we are returning the end of the month 😀

Great location with all services. Beautiful and super-clean sanitary facilities.
Large, even huge plots. Nights perfectly silent. During the day there are occasional barks from farmers' dogs in the vicinity, but only when walkers with dogs pass by, but is this disturbing??? Very friendly and helpfull owner, and delicious baguettes baked on site. We'll definitely come back.

Tent pitch in extreme gale force winds and rain. This did not dampen or deter the professionalism, dedication and passion of outstanding customer service delivered by the owners. The site is well maintained, large pitches for mobilehomes and tents with electrical supply. Toilets/Washroom, spacious, very hygienic, plenty of hot water, including separate disabled facilities. Clubhouse/Restaurant exceptional value for money, during my stay, mixture of nationalities utilised the clubhouse, owners brought everyone together, experiencing a well balance social atmosphere. Only negative point, signage leading off from the main road to campsite, needs to be more prominent. From the campsite immediate access can be gained into the mountain region of El Carche, good tracks for outdoor pursuits. The large village of Pinoso is approximately 2Km, this holds places of Interest, good shops and restaurants, would definitely return and highly recommend this campsite.

One of those hidden gems that you hear about but rarely find. There was nothing to dislike about our stay at El Tranquilo Camping Pinoso. Amazing hospitality from hosts Terry and Carolina and for a campsite of this size, 1st class facilities and restaurant/bar. The level pitches are probably the largest we've stayed on during our year long tour, all are level and have electric hook up. The bonus is the breathtaking views across the almond, pomegranate and grapevine fields to the mountains beyond. Don't miss this campsite. We will definitely return.

If Guinness made quiet, peaceful places to spend a few nights, this would be it. Immaculately clean, well thought out campsite. Owners are lovely and have clearly worked extremely hard to get things just right. Big, level pitches. Loads of walks, around 4k from a lovely town so a bike would be handy. We will be back. Just what we needed to recharge the batteries of life.

This really is a lovely place to relax for a few days. Spacious pitches, very clean sanitary facilities, hot water, swimming pool, bar and restaurant (restricted hours in low season). Great running, walking and cycling routes from campsite. Town is 5 Kms away and is a low key typically Spanish town, not touristy at all. Area known for fine wine, almonds and marble mining. We highly recommend the campsite and area if you are happy to be away from hustle and bustle.

This lovely campsite really lives up to it's name. It is so peaceful and relaxing, has a beautifully clean good size pool and spotlessly clean showers and toilets. It also has a bar and restaurant and fresh bread baked on site daily. The pitches are a good size and the whole site is set in gorgeous countryside, great for long walks. The town is nearby and there is a shuttle service in on set days. Carolina works hard to make sure everyone has a good time.
