BEST RESTAURANT ON EARTH.
In the middle of Puerto de Pajares, one of the most beautiful regions in Spain that will capture your heart, there is this place where you have to be very cautious with what you ask, everything is absolutely amazing, you will want to try all of it, but just with 1 plate can eat a whole family. You will take away half of your lunch, and you will be able to eat the next 3 days. All of it for a road restaurant price, which is unbelievable.

Is a MUST STOP.
and if you want a 10/10 experience, I recommend you go after lunch for a walk in Pola de Gordon, a village around 15km away with amazin views.

They have a bar section (as with Leon, a tapas of mixed charcuterie comes free with each drink order), a for takeaway charcuterie "deli" and a proper full menu restaurant. Unlike their branch in Leon city, center, which is touristy, the ambiance here is authentic
