Crowne Plaza Madrid Airport, an IHG Hotel

I had an overnight layover at the Madrid airport, so I decided to spend the night here. What a wonderful place! The front desk staff was so friendly and kind: I was invited to sample some vermouth, and then I was personally shown to my room (in all my years of travel I don't recall this ever happening). Very comfortable bed, and so quiet!
While I only stayed long enough to sleep about 5 hours, it certainly was a great stay.

We stayed in this hotel as it was a lot cheaper than staying in the centre of Madrid. We used uber to get to the stadium which was only 20 Euros. We also bought a 2 day pass for the metro for 17 euros. It was easy to travel around.

Hotel was clean and we had a large room. Breakfast had lots of choice and nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant and bar on site which we used. The food was very nice.

I did not stay here, I visited the restaurant for an all-day hamburger as I was starving.
The service is so good. Shout out to Sara 1 and Sara 2. I loved the IPA beer and to top it off, the burger was excellent. I have had other menu items on different occasions, but the burger is a winner. Well done!

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and I made use of one of their conference rooms.
The staff here were incredibly helpful, helped me with my deliveries, ensured I have everything I need for the course, and kept communication open with me throughout the three days. They've ensured myself and my students are well taken care of. I must have approached reception at least once a day during the training, and everytime they have welcomed me with a smile on their face, and put my worries at ease.
Also, I want to mention Daniel Diez, who was my main point of contact. I have appreciated his professionalism, his decision making process, his approachability and the fact that he went above and beyond to ensure the course runs smooth, even when I had encountered some logistics issues. He is definitely an asset to this company.
Thank you to everyone who is part of this team, your help and understanding meant a lot to me.

This is a quality business hotel, with big quiet rooms, a nice bathroom (and shower + tub), a nice outdoor patio area for daytime working or nighttime drinks or casual dining, and a great breakfast. Get the breakfast option when you book! The staff were all helpful and friendly, they seemed very motivated to provide a good guest experience. The bartenders and the woman who runs the breaks fast service were standouts along with the day shift front desk guy who checked us in. The one note is that it’s not convenient to the metro / train system - there’s a bus a few blocks away that takes you to the metro about 20 minutes away that’s nice, just be aware that it’s not a fast way to get into town - we ended up using Bolt after the first day, which is cheap and reliable, and Uber is also in operation there. But if you’re visiting Madrid to be convenient to the airport, as we needed to be for a super early first flight of several of a day getting home across the world, this is your place. Apparently the only photos I took of it are of the breakfast area and our food, so enjoy a peek at that. Recommended.

Very comfortable and with a good restaurant. It's quite a long way from the airport but all the hotels are and there's a hotel shuttle bus

It was an excellent stay overall. The staff was great and the food was great. The front desk staff and breakfast staff also know English but it would be helpful for guests to know Spanish as the other restaurant staff speaks Spanish. Luckily my sister and I know some Spanish! It was not as close to the city center as we thought but at least the Ubers were only 2-4minutes wait on average.

Viorel and his team were super helpful. Food was delicious and served well in time, even on a busy evening.

Very nice hotel with greta staff. Everyone was helpful and enthusiastic from check in to check out. Rooms are clean with complementary coffee, tea and biscuits, and you get the small chocolates. They are large and spacey with a lot of wardrobe space. Only drawback is far from stores and markets but this is expected for hotels around airports. Frequent Shuttle bus to airport makes transfers easy. And price 2as reasonable at least compared with other hotels around tha area.

Very nice hotel, close to the airport. Breakfast was amazing, for dinner we order the burger which was out of this world. We also ordered a sandwich, I don't remember the name, which was awful. The rooms are nice, quiet, soft linen. The bed is a bit hard. Staff is very nice and attentive
