Excellent unique experience - a wonderful hotel set in an old convent. Big rooms, very comfortable, excellent bathrooms, beautiful building (on the inside). Did a great job on recreating the convent ambiance but at the same time maintaining a high-end feel. Staff were great, professional, nice, excellent English. The restaurant was very good, excellent service (a little expensive). Very good breakfast. Located very close to the main pedestrian street and elevator leading to the castle (also highly recommended). There are some shady people in the street leading to the hotel but overall it's a good neighborhood.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. The lobby is amazing. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The service is excellent. The restaurant is outstanding in the quality of the wines, dishes, service and the ambiance. Breakfast at the hotel is also very good with a range of regional and cosmopolitan dishes. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a great start for the day. The only thing we would have liked slightly different is to be able to park the car nearby at a reasonable cost. The hotel has a solution but we opted to park for free on the street opposite to the river. It’s only about 8 min walk but sometimes, especially late at night, we would have loved be able to park at or nearer to the hotel. Highly recommend.

It's a Parador - what more needs to be said? The rooms are spacious and comfortable in this former convent. The cloister has been turned into a huge sitting area, with many chairs, sofas, etc. Perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was superb. It was a wonderful place to spend the night.

Lovely hotel. We arrived in the feast of Assumption so the town was quiet. The hotel was fantastic with both Dinner and breakfast were wonderful quality and service. Room was spacious and comfortable and the staff very helpful

Historic structure, but the rooms are very modern, large, clean and comfortable. Big bathroom with two sinks, tub with shower and separate shower stall. Excellent service, very helpful. Lovely bar-lounge area, perfect for relaxing. Parking available at extra charge. Location in the old city is good for walking to shops and restaurants.

This Parador was recently remodelled. The inner cloister is spectacular giving onto a spacious well designed courtyard with sofas and tables. The rooms are well above the typical somewhat tired and dated Parador style. Modern and tastfully decorated. Full points for the dining area inside the old church - exquisitely designed..
The downside ( slight one at that) is the area which can be a bit rough depending on which streets you use. Above this are various bars and terraces at the base of the La Seu hilltop historical sight ( definitely worth a visit. Itself)

We ate in the restaurant and it was really good. I’d go as far to say as this was the best Parador restaurant we have eaten in. Both the quality and inventiveness of the food and even more so the service which was attentive and friendly. Lovely place

Beautiful Parador. Clean rooms but very hot!! Central air conditioners are off for the season and rooms got very hot during the day. We had to open the window which made it very noisy.

Beautiful hotel, huge rooms and a fabulous setting. One of a kind experience. We were not all that keen on the food, but given the hotel's central location there is plenty of food choices within a short walking distance. Highly recommended. One tip though: parking at the hotel car park is expensive (don't know why but parking is always extra in Spain!), find a cheapo public car park nearby.

Very beautiful hotel. Nice location near the town centre although one end seems a bit dodgy so use the exit near the reception and not the one leading to the parking!
Very friendly staff and bar prices are very reasonable!! Only thing is that when the water is draining in the bathroom (whether you’ve used it or the guests upstairs) it sounds like the water is running around you. But i can’t say we didn’t enjoy our stay there. Absolutely lovely place!

This place is really nice. Newly renovated throughout. The building is very large and airy but still manages to be cozy. Fixtures and fittings all working well and sleep quality was perfect. Only thing is the restaurant is smidge expensive but nothing too crazy. Highly recommend this place if you are planning on coming to LLeida.

Superb hotel, the way they have transformed the old church is sympathetic to the original building keeping many of the original features while bringing it right up to date. The beds were comfortable and the staff friendly. We only had breakfast opting to eat out in the evening but there was plenty of choice and it was very good quality. Located on the edge of the main shopping district it is a short walk to the shops walking down the hill away from the hotel. Further up the hill the town is not so nice, as others have said in other reviews but we didn't walk that way and did not feel uncomfortable as others have said they did. A great little find and well worth the price, i would of paid much more. A shame Lleida itself didnt really offer much. A stop off destination more than a longer break, but if you are passing through definitely sleep here.

As nearly always with paradores an amazing building. The attention to detail in the housekeeping was amazing. Fantastic evening meals, range of wine & an amazing breakfast buffet all made for a fantastic experience. The staff were excellent and a credit to their organisation.
