Very good service, in a semi casual environment :) degustation menu was a pleasure, as it built well on flavours from one dish to another, culminating to the finale of sorbet dessert with lime and rosemary.
Staff were kind and pleasant, and its positive ambiance made us feel comfortable and at ease.
Don't miss the Joselito jamon, which is signature even at the bar here.

Gastronomical experience. Wonderful night to end year 2019, so yes we had their New Years Eve Menu. It’s up-scale so it’s definitely worth all the effort. Service was top notch, kudos and keep up the good work.

The service, simply outstanding. The quality of the food, unbelievable. The jamón is regarded as the best in Spain and it probably is, must be ordered. The risotto was far above expectations as well. More importantly... The pork steak - which looks like a beef steak, but isn’t, is just as outstanding. And the desserts are amazing as well. A great Spanish food dining experience that will be remembered for a long time.

The best place in Jorge Juan to enjoy Spanish Food. Iberian Pork from Guijuelo and Vegetables from Navarra. Amazing service, really kind and familiar. Incredible wines and spirits, and always ready to advice, and recommend the best option quality/price for your appetite... Highly recommend to visit, you will back for sure with other friends and family! Ah! The Torrija for dessert, is a must!!

Very nice lunch in Spain. The steak was cooked wonderfully and the service was too notch.

Every single dish here looks beautiful and tastes wonderful. Foie Gras doughnut, The Raviolis, the Goat cheese are particularly good. The service is lovely and attentive, friendly and informal. Chic setting (although one could do with less Muzak). Really special place - highly recommended

Great food and wine experience
We took the short tasting menu (around €70), but I think that the à la carte menu is a better option since you can have half portions of many of their dishes so you can taste more.
The service was very good and they agree to change dishes in the tasting menu we didn't like (one didn't want the razor clams, and the other the here...).
The wine menu is good (not excellent, I missed some older vintage wines).
But all in all great experience.

We went for lunch and got the long tasting menu. We loved it. It took about two hours for the 9 course meal and was 77€ each without drinks. Presentation was very nice and had very unique dishes. We were able to get away with casual dress during the lunch hour (jeans and a button up shirt). I highly recommend this 1 Michelin star restaurant. Very interesting flavors.

This place is amazing! Great plates. Not too crazy prices. But the service has been there best this far in Spain. Very friendly and helpful people. Great wine and the dessert was amazing!

I ate in the restaurant upstairs with the Michelin star, but the reviews seem to be for both downstairs and upstairs. Either way, the food was amazing! Normally you would pay double for food and service of this quality. It needs to get that second star because it definitely deserves it. Loved the food!

This is truly Spanish gastronomy because it is all about the quality of the products. Most of the dishes we tried are really simple but yet we tasted the top notch quality. The service is very friendly. Very worthy meal if you visit Madrid.
