Good location, just off the 5 Metro. Unfortunately, it’s a fairly long trip to Madrid City Center, but it’s not the worst, probably about 30 minutes. Room has a little strange smell to it, but it wasn’t anything too bad. We had a few issues with our room when we first arrived, but the front desk solved all our issues quickly! Would stay in this hotel chain again, but maybe a different location! The main upside is that it is close to the airport.

Stayed here recently with a friend for my Birthday What a find!! Nice rooms very clean, friendly staff always so helpful, a beautiful pool but the highlight was the wonderful, sumptuous breakfast and the scrummy local restaurants close by. Metro is close by for entering the city or a bus or taxi’s.
Only 1 con I would say is if you have come back from travelling around madrid for the morning and want to have a nice dip in the pool to cool off there is not a lot of sun loungers for everyone, understand it’s a city break but would be good to have a few more especially for big families. Otherwise a very good stay and hotel 🏨

Brilliant. Clean, big rooms, complementary items, dog gift and dog bed in our dog friendly room. Only complaint was no kettle and mini bar a little expensive but these are minor issues. We will be back.

Excellent, very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Convenient short taxi to Civitas Metropolitan Stadium (Sevens Rugby ), and to central Madrid. We would happily stay again if in Madrid.

Stayed here recently with friends for the Rugby 7's tournament in nearby Atletico Madrid Stadium. What a find!! Nice rooms, friendly staff, a beautiful pool but the highlight was the wonderful, sumptuous breakfast excellently produced and provided by Raquel and Daria. Highly recommend!

We stayed second time in this hotel, the staff was very kind and helpfull. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is amazing. For sure we will choose this hotel again for our next trip to Madird as well

Perfect for festivals/ concerts or conferences. Staff are great, food is pretty good, the minibar is cheaper than the shops at the train station 💪💪💪 volvamos!!!

I was only there for a short 2 night stay. Everything was great, room was big and clean and had air conditioning. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Pool was closed so I can't comment on it. It's a bit far from the city center but close to the airport and you have plenty of public transportation nearby

We only stayed one night after a flight into Madrid. Transfer was arranged by them, quick and comfortable. We were also able to get late check out, which was great as our coach home didn't leave until 5.30. Room very nice, beds super comfortable. Staff friendly, and lots of bars, shops restaurants all around. There were more facilities that we just didn't have time to use. Would definitely go back again.

This hotel was a great place to stay, with the metro just up the road making it easy to travel around Madrid.
Staff were polite and very accommodating.
The hotel is very clean and kept to a high standard.
The Pool area is a bonus for a city hotel, with a large terrace and bar area.

The hotel was GREAT. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful (even to those of us that don't speak spanish ) The room accommodations and the pool were excellent. We had breakfast once and pool side lunch twice. the Sangria was great! I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Madrid was quite chilly at the time which meant the pool was closed, but that’s not problem at all. Great facilities, great gym, breakfast had a lot of variety. The hotel was very clean overall and the service was friendly and helpful at all times. Thank you.

Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff. The food and drink is reasonable. 5 minutes walk from the metro. There is a local shop opposite and plenty of places to eat only a few minutes away. I would have liked a kettle in the room but was a good stay.

Thank you very much for making my stay a pleasant one, I was there with my daughter and we had a lovely time.The staff are fantastic and they went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. I would recommend this hotel 100% and I will be going back again. This hotel gives you that extra customer care that seems to be lost in other hotels. Thank you for making my stay a good one.

We had a great stay. The hotel is very nice, clean, and although it's far from Madrid's center it's very close to the metro station. We really appreciated the airport transfer, great service. Very nice staff.

Good location basically between the airport and Madrid central. Seems that gov mandates 30 euro taxi fee from airport. Sercotel does not run a shuttle and I refuse to pay 30 for a 8 km distance so we caught the 200 bus from airport to CANLLEJAS bus stop (and metro). 2.50 each. Bus stop is all the way over to the right after the taxi ranks. Trip takes about 30 mins. The stops are called out and shown on overhead display in bus. (Bus 827 also runs from Canillejas bus terminal and airport terminal T4 - 1.50 each. Use Google or Apple maps for schedules)
Hotel is very nice. Garden side room is better IMO. Breakfast is good.
Save trip money by using the very efficient clean metro to get around city. Hotel has metro map. Buy one transit card from the machines in the station. You only need one card for multiple people. Follow the instructions in Spanish. One way ticket is 2.50. Ask for ten tickets they get loaded onto the card.

A very lovely hotel. It's not too far from the metro station and has free airport transfer. There are an assortment of bars and restaurants just across the street.
I was very pleased with how clean the room was and how comfortable the beds were. There's a nice breakfast spread, perfect for a quick bite before you leave in the morning. I can't forget to mention the staff, everyone I encountered was incredibly nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel with excellent service and location. Good breakfast with variety in dishes. Its very close to the metro station for easy access around town and has included free pickup/delivery from airport. Rooms are high standard with extra items such as toothbrush/dental paste etc.

had issue with my booking through choice hotels....parent company. they were not much help.
