Albergue “Via Trajana“

I stayed here in early May for 1 night while on the Camino Francés. I stayed in a private room with private bath (I was in the Cama Matrimonial which cost 50€). Everything was clean albeit a little dated. Towels and bedding are provided (no soap). The rooms are quiet; I could not hear my neighbors. There are blackout blinds which help for a restful sleep. The owners are kind and accomodating. The menu del dia for dinner is one of the best I had on the Camino so far. I recommend the lamb stew. They also offer breakfast (not included in accommodation) starting at 0700. There is no washer/dryer service available, but there are drying racks on the back patio for hand washed laundry.
The friendly hosts are what make this accommodation worthwhile.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and our hosts were welcoming. One of the best showers we had along the camino. Great pot of coffee with breakfast!

Off the main track and wonderful! Clean, modern, quiet, great service, good price, lovely patios, comfortable beds. I wouldn't even classify it as an albergue, it's definitely a step above!

This is absolutely wonderful. Sheets, towels and a room with 2 single beds. At €20, it's a little more expensive than most other albergues, but worth every euro.

Most comfortable bed I’d slept in on the camino. Las hospitaleras were very sweet and patient as well. The roman road is the better route!

Municipal albergue was closed so we found this private one. Was extremely modern and comfortable - the heated floors were enjoyed. Food here was absolutely wonderful. One of my favorite stays on the camino.

Lovely couple running the albergue, quality pilgrim menu food and small, comfortable dorm rooms with single beds instead of bunks. Clean and well maintained facilities, quite a relaxing spot overall

Very nice place. Although very small town and off modern track, this is the best place I stayed ever. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Good food and nice price. :)

Ein muss hier zu übernachten, wenn man den Romanischen Weg geht. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Camino. Sehr schönes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Bad. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Sehr netter, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Familien Betrieb. Sehr gute Informationen für die nächsten Kilometer am Camino. Netter kleiner Garten im hinterem Bereich. Im hinterem und vorderem Bereich ein überdachter Gastgarten. Wäsche kann man hier auch waschen. Im Esszimmer gibt es ein Abendessen mit Tages Menü, sehr gut und ausreichend. Schnelle und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Kleines Frühstück, aber sehr gut. Man bekommt auch außerhalb der Essens Zeiten, einen Cafe con Leche oder Mineral / Getränke. Sehr gutes Preis / Leistungs Verhältnis. Top am Camino !
