Went by the factory. Unfortunately the store does not exist anymore but super friendly staff welcomed me and provided the opportunity to check out some YOW Surfskate Decks and buy one online which the handed to me right there. Thank you for the service, Ramon

Ordered a YOW skateboard through HLC SB Distribution S.L. I made a last minute decision to change my order after I had already placed my order. Most companies don't let you change orders after placing them. However, Roman was incredibly helpful, changing my order straightaway and refunding me the difference!
