Hotel K10

Hotel staff were very friendly and professional. We were arriving late, after driving from northwestern France and we weren't sure if they would hold our reservation, but they reassured us and everything was ready for us when we arrived at 11:30 at night. The breakfast that we prepaid was much better than we expected. There were fresh local jamón and chorizo coldcuts as well as the traditional continental breakfast choices (croissants, cereal, etc). The server even offered to make eggs any way we wanted with local bacon. Excellent service all around!

Lovely large room with good sized bathroom. Great room service. Excellent location just off motorway. Easy access. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Pleasant staff. Good food. Lovely views out of the windows. Open plan and modern. No tea making facilities - only coffee.

One of the best hotels we have been during our stay. 5 stars just for the fantastic buffet breakfast we had at this hotel. Plenty of food and a lot of local products, this gave us enough energy for almost the whole day! The rooms are good sized and the the staff is also very helpful an accommodating.

This hotel is a great value. Large rooms with balcony and clean floors. The location is about 15 minute drive to San Sebastian and we drove into town from here to visit. Only issue is that the hotel is located near warehouses and businesses and there were lots of truck noises in the morning if you open the balcony door.

Amazing hotel! Super modern, huge room, king size bed and a balcony. Located in an industrial area but the rooms are very well isolated, we did not hear the trucks that are constantly passing. The location is perfect, just off the A15, a great base to roam arround the Basque country by car and it only took a few minutes to get to San Sebastián. We did not use them but there is a cafetería and restaurant inside that is very convenient. A pity that the breakfast is so expensive, 10.5eur per person is a bit too much, on the plus side parking was free. Overall an perfect option for people traveling by car to and around San Sebastián and the Basque country

I felt welcomed, the staff is very nice both reception and cafeteria. The rooms are clean, the bed is huge and you can choose the temperature, as I have been here in the cold season. I hope I will come back in the summer as they have a very nice terrace with a barbecue.

Not very well placed

Van wouldn't start in the morning. 3 amigos with pictured van gave us a jump start to get us going again.
