Veterinary Clinic Taoro

My first visit today off the back of recommendations from my friend. They fitted me in after my initial telephone call the same day, extremely helpful and caring towards me and my dog, professional, attentive and as I only speak a little Spanish they were extremely patient with me and had a very helpful young man who spoke excellent English to translate and help me understand. I am very grateful and would highly recommend this vets practice. I will always use them now even though it's an hours drive. Thank you so much to all the team 🙏💖🐕

Excellent service, so professional and friendly. English spoken by some staff which was invaluable when our Scottie dog injured her paw. They dealt with her so well and treatment was very quick and effective.

Dougal our Miniature Schnauzer absolutely loved having his haircut today. He looks very smart. The staff were amazing too. Thank you for looking after him so well.

This is the absolute best place to take your pets for ANY reason. THe staff are all very professional as well as friendly. They treat each and every pet as if it were their own. I can't praise them highly enough and even if I were to move 100 km away I would still go to them.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Were very worried as our dog Ozzy developed problem walking whilst on extended holiday this Winter. Needn’t have worried as Carlos and his team are wonderful.

You can tell they really care about the animals they treat here - a special mention for Ana also, who was so sweet and cuddling our little dog in her lap in a blanket as he came around from the anaesthetic so he did not get traumatised. So lovely.

My parents dog Ruff also developed an aggressive tumour whilst staying in the area for Winter and Carlos operated on him and over a year later he is still running around enjoying himself. Consumate professionals and Carlos is an excellent vet.

It’s always a worry attending a vets in another country, but you can rest assured you are in good hands. I speak Spanish but my parents don’t and they were able to speak English which really helped.

So, if you are Spanish or English, on holiday or a local, choose these guys as your vets - your pets will be in wonderful, caring, safe hands.

Very very pleased with the care an attention they gave to my dog Lusi. Lusi was well looked after, tests were done and blood taken. Very thorough. All the team are very professional. Lusi is now at home getting better each day. They even text you, or whatsapp information, what treatment was needed. They even send messages after the treatment to ask how she is and is she eating etc. Five star service!

Extremely professional. Caring and competent. Personally, I would not go anywhere else. Superb veterinary care and very pleasant and helpful reception and general staff. The practice also supports local rescue charity with medicines and veterinary skills.

When my dog had a eye lens fall out of place their professional skills had Maggie booked in for an appointment in the vetanarian hospital in Granada the same day. The fee where unberleivably reasonable

Best care for my dogs

Ich kann die Klinik sehr empfehlen. Unser Ratero Joshi hatte im Urlaub Durchfall und so sind wir zur Klinik gefahren. Der Empfang war direkt sehr freundlich. Sprachprobleme mit der Ärztin wurden mit direkter Übersetzung per Handy gelöst. Das Personal und die Ärztin waren sehr liebevoll mit Joshi, der sich alles hat gefallen lassen (Temperaturmessung, Untersuchung, Spritze geben). Die Therapie (Antibiotika) hat gut angeschlagen, der Durchfall ist vorbei und es geht ihm wieder gut. Wir konnten mitentscheiden, ob symptomatisch behandelt werden sollte oder ob weitere Untersuchungsmethoden eingesetzt werden sollen. Weiterer Kontakt wurde per WhatsApp angeboten, was ich einen tollen Service finde.

Hemos tenido un problema serio con nuestra perrilla Puca. Pensábamos que se nos iba por un problema neurológico grave. Se caía, era incapaz de mantener el equilibrio, no comía, no bebía...Tiene casi 16 años pero aun así siempre que llegan estos momentos son muy complicados. Era la primera vez que nos la trataban en esta clínica y hemos quedado muy, muy contentos. Tanto nuestra cocker como nosotros estamos agradecidos por el trato recibido. El diagnóstico fue rápido y certero, el tratamiento adecuado y el cariño recibido impagable. Además se ve que disponen de los medios suficientes para realizar bien el trabajo. Muy profesionales y humanos. Y nuestra Puca, jaja, anda dando guerra de nuevo como la loca pitres que es. Gracias por todo.

Feo es comparar, pero nada q ver con la frialdad de otras clínicas.
Cuando uno está vulnerable pq tu mascota está enferma, lo q uno espera espera es ese trato, ese cuidado en los detalles y por supuesto, la profesionalidad de la experiencia.

Während unseres Urlaubs bekam unser Hund Gino eine hartnäckige Ohrenentzündung. Aufgrund der Empfehlung anderer Hundebesitzer fuhr ich mit ihm zur Klinik Taoro. Hier wurde unserem kleinen Schatz sofort geholfen. Dank der sorgfältigen und liebevollen Behandlung bei Dr. Carlos ging es ihm sehr schnell wieder besser . Auch der Preis für die Sedierung und Ohrenspülung war günstig. Dies ist eine rundum empfehlenswerte Tierklinik. Dankeschön und liebe Grüße an das gesamte Team.

Ich war mit meiner Katze Aimée da und sie wurde sofort sehr gründlich untersucht und mit dem passenden Medikamenten versorgt, so dass es ihr am nächsten Tag schon viel besser ging. Per WhatsApp wurde täglich gefragt, wie es ihr geht.
Alle Mitarbeiter dort sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hingehen. Danke für alles, Helga

Sin palabras, una de las mejores clínica. Agradable atención, precios muy acordes, son muy comprensivos. No tengo palabras de lo bien que se portaron, siempre llamando por teléfono, preocupándose por el animal. Aunque finalmente, la vida de nuestra pequeña acabara, estuvieron a nuestro lado todo el rato, nos dejaron una habitación para despedirnos de ella en la intimidad y se portaron de 10. Muy competitivos, han hecho todo lo posible y la verdad que gracias por el cuidado que habéis tenido con ella. Sois un encanto

Wir waren auf der Durchreise mit unserem Hund Freddie (15 Jahre) Ende Oktober 22 bei Dr. Navarro und Frau Rojas. Wir dachten Freddie hätte Salzwasser getrunken, aber es wurde ein Lebertumor festgestellt. Die Behandlung von Freddie (und auch von uns) war sehr professionell und sehr tierlieb! Mehr als üblich. Leider mussten wir Freddie ein paar Tage später einschläfern. Wir können diese Praxis rundum empfehlen.
