Brilliant products.. can’t thank them and especially Yaser enough !

we bought 180m2 of lumina floor tiles. on delivery they were in perfect condition. we noticed fine scratches while the tiles were being laid. we immediately informed the seller who denied any responsibility. the manufacturer has also denied any responsibility! the tiles get new scratches at the slightest mechanical stress. it's a nightmare! We paid 10,000 Swiss francs just for the tiles and the whole floor is ruined! The seller of the tiles said in court that we had used a polishing machine! first of all, the scratches had already appeared during the laying and how can scratches occur when a polishing machine polishes in circles? This tile may be suitable as a wall tile but not for the floor! we have an attic flat and under the sloping roof where we don't walk the tiles are still perfect. where we do move all the tiles are ruined.
by the way, the tiles were laid by a professional company!

Response to the manufacturer's reply: neither you nor the distributor have offered a solution. please do not spread lies. ! you simply produce an absolutely unusable product and then blame the fault on the customer!
