Old City House

The location was bang in the centre of the old town with dozens of pinchos bars on your doorstep. The entrance was a bit tricky but look for the numbers and you will be fine. Our room had a very nice clean bathroom en suite but beware other rooms share a bathroom and toilet. The noise from outside can be loud but the double glazing did a great job of cutting out 80%. No aircon but a brilliant fan. Value for money not brilliant but you are in the centre of San Sebastián!

This is the best place to stay if you are to visit San Sebastian. It's location is the nearest you can get to all pintxos bars that this city has to offer. The beds are comfortable and clean and the toilets are kept clean too! The owners are very accomodating and friendly and gave us very good tips on what to do and where to go during our stay. Highly recommended!

Friendly owners, super clean, comfortable, communal kitchen with breakfast foods very handy, great location, once windows closed very quiet even though on a busy laneway, recently built/renovated. Highly recommended

Global traveling is so easy nowadays. You have your iPhone, your Google Maps, TripAdvisor, Agoda, and text translator app. You can travel anywhere around the world and at times, be even more informed and have better access to local culture than many locals, without really having to learn to speak the local language. That is, until you actually run into problem. That was what happened to me today. I was driving my rental car. I was looking for a parking space in old town San Sebastián. Then bang, I ran into a traffic barrier big enough to stop suicide bombers. The front bumper came off and transmission fluid started to leak from the car. The clutch no longer worked and I knew within microseconds that I was in much deeper water than I could imagine. Almost immediately, the cops were surrounding me. I didn’t speak their language and I could not make local calls on my iPhone. Then out of nowhere, Luca appeared. He started calling the rental car company and pushing back the cops. And he stayed with my wife and I until the tow truck showed up. Luca wasn’t looking for anything in return. He was just doing what came natural to him, helping a foreigner in trouble. I have not stayed in his apartment yet. But I bet he offers a lot more than a bed with clean sheets. I bet he will do everything and anything possible to make your stay part of a safe and pleasant journey. I recommend Luca as a friend.

Best place to stay in the oldtown with food and bars only meters away, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the hosts are really nice!

A perfect stay in Donostia, OCH ROOMS in the hearth of the city. And Luca & Kelly are so nice!

Great place excellent location nice vibes

Idéalement placé en plein cœur du vieux Saint Sébastien, et un super rapport qualité prix. Nous avions la chambre avec salle de bain privative. C'est récemment rénové, propre, avec une déco simple mais moderne. Nous avons apprécié le petit frigo dans la chambre et l'ascenseur pour la valise !
Luca est très sympathique et nous a très bien accueilli.
Seule, mais immense déception, Le Borda Berri situé juste en dessous était fermé (meilleur restaurant de Saint Sébastien ;) !
Je recommande vivement.

非常に清潔でコストパフォーマンスの高いゲストハウスでした。
オーナーも非常に親切で、次にサンセバスティアンに行くときは彼らに会うことも楽しみの一つになりました。

ホテルに到着してベルを鳴らすと、直ぐにオーナーがやってきて中に入れてくれます。
このゲストハウスの良いところは以下の３つです。
①部屋がとても清潔。清潔さは４つ星ホテル相当です。
②キッチンが使い放題。食器や調理器具だけでなく、調味料やシリアルフレークなども提供してくれます。
③立地が良い。立地はバル街の直ぐ近くで、思い立った時に直ぐに飲みに行けます。しかし、夜は少し騒がしいので、注意が必要です。オーナーに頼めば耳栓が貰えます。

11月～3月は休業しているため注意が必要です。
booking.comで予約ができなくても公式サイトで簡単に予約ができます。

Placé en plein centre ville, accueil du propriétaire super sympa. Chambre très confortable et salle de bains commune très propre. Je vous recommande cet endroit.

Siempre que hay habitaciones disponibles suelo reservar para amigos y familia cuando vienen de visita, es un sitio muy agradable, limpio y silencioso. En el corazón de la parte vieja, a dos pasos de los mejores bares y de la playa…sin duda lo recomiendo 100%.

Excelente ubicación, en el mismo centro, rodeado de tiendas y bares. Las habitaciones super bonitas y una comodidad de 10 en sus camas, sin ruidos ninguno. Volveré cuando vuelva a San Sebastián ❤ Y la atención de Luca inmejorable!!!! ✌🏽

Nos recibió en la puerta y nos explicó todo de manera muy amable.
La habitación muy limpia y cálida. El baño impoluto, y disponia de secador de pelo.
Con calefacción y minibar.
Cama doble muy grande y cómoda.

Nos hemos ido muy contentas con la elección del sitio. Repetiriamos sin duda alguna.

De lo mejorcito en relación calidad-precio en San Sebastian. La ubicación es perfecta, habitaciones limpias y modernas. Además los propietarios son encantadores y atentos en todo momento. Recomendable 200%.

La ubicación es perfecta. El sitio está muy limpio y el anfitrión muy amable. Nos hizo recomendaciones de sitios que visitar y dónde comer y afortunadamente las seguimos al pie de la letra, porque con todo lo que nos dijo acertó 100x100. Gracias Lucas!

Il proprietario, Luca (italiano), è molto gentile e ci ha indicato diversi luoghi ed attività da fare durante il nostro soggiorno.
Bagno in comune e stanza sempre molto puliti
