The thing we love about Denia the most & we’ve been coming here 21 years, is the food.

Cantina Italiana is now on our favourites list. You can feel the love that has been put into this place from the warm welcoming smile of the waitress to the expansive wine list, to the quality of the food.

Oh the food! We shared thinly sliced porchetta on lamb’s lettuce to start, pumpkin ravioli with butter sage an hazelnuts, followed by ossobucco and rounded off with a panna cotta with a glass of Prosecco 😋

I don’t want to write war & peace here, but suffice it to say every course was faultless, full of love and delicious.

Loved the fact that you could buy wine by the glass in 3 different quality levels so we could indulge with a different taste for every course!

Oh wow! If you see the reviews mentioning unfriendly owner, then ignore them. He must have had very good reason. This is a fantastic, cosy and friendly place with great food and wine. We arrived quite early and by the time we left it was full of happy diners, presumably also ignoring the few angry reviews. A real find and we will 100% be back for more visits.

Incredible italian food. Waiters are italian and they absolutely know what to recommend you. They provide an amazing customer service. Do not miss their dessert pistachio panna cotta as it is mind-blowing!!! And extra point is that they are pet friendly :)

New favourite restaurant in Denia as is, perfect Italian cuisine without any touristic shade on it.
Fresh salad with large cut tuna in brine. Delicious pasta al dente with impecable carbonara. Topped it with some sauteed mushrooms with herbs - soft consistency and a lot of respect for the mushroom taste.
The tiramisu would make some home made chefs cry.

Very neat and polite service, cool use of dishing in the table and enjoyed the recyclable napkins.

Nice staff that come Greet you and they are really funny and jokes around! Amazing food and the restaurants look is good it is really clean and a great place to go eat dinner with friends and family if you want some amazingly delicious pasta!!

Fantastic Italian restaurant and kitchen! We were impressed by the staffs attention to detail and the chefs home cooking. The trofie pasta with seafood was incredible as was everything else we ate. We look forward to visiting again!

Fantastic meal, with wonderful hosts who were kind and made us feel welcome. We had the meat and cheese platter as an appetizer, and then the spaghetti carbonara, both of which were incredibly good! Highly recommended!

New fabulous restaurant in Denia on Loreto Street, Cantina Italiana. The owner, Mauro, caters to your every wish, the food excellent and the service tremendous. Wonderful sombremesa with staff. Mirko, our waiter, was a total so much fun and adorable! Adding this place to our "A" list.

Best meal we had in Denia! Lovely restaurant with a very personal service from the owners. The food was amazing, freshly cooked and wonderful. Recommended a great wine with our meal also.

It is the best Italian food in this area and maybe in the world 😉
